10 TALENT (MAXED TALENT) Spencer Gameplay
I don't know why or how I'm able to access the 10th talent for Spencer WITHOUT having him level 100. It's been brought to my attention before that this was possible but I'm still confused as to why this occurs. Oh well 🤷‍♂️
Spencer functions very similarly to JB just without the double primaries and passive reloading...but other than that Spencer's +30% Accuracy works almost like JB's -35% Weapon Spread. These help you land shots much more consistently, hence why Spencer is EXCELLENT with FR USTR8.
His passive ability of increased movement speed when NOT NEAR opponents is nice...but I cannot justify using this ability as your SOLE fast movement option. Personally, I enjoy using FR USTR8 with adrenaline but that's just me, if you prefer the other way (without adrenaline), then Spencer might be a very solid operator selection for you!

The grenade T10 gives you increade throwing range of grenade. Spencer just YEETs them shuts across the map 😂
