Honey Glazed Chicken Wings - Culinary Haven (tutorial)

Ingredients:

1 piece of ginger (15-20g)
3-4 cloves of garlic (depending on size)
2TBSP lemon juice
1.5TSP salt
1.5 chili flakes
5TBSP soy sauce + 2TBSP for the glaze
1TBSP balsamic vinegar
2TBSP cooking oil
1tsp toasted sesame seed oil
2TBSP honey for glaze
Spring onion & sesame seeds for garnishing
