We only had one meal in Dijon, at the Delirium Café. We just wanted a quick bite and weren't expecting much, but it was so good!! The staff was also very nice and accomodating to those in our bunch that didn't speak English. If you're there for longer, I definitely recommend trying to find more traditional restaurants and trying "Poulet Gaston Gerard", escargot and anything with mustard in it! Speaking of which, my favourite mustard shop was either La Moutarderie Fallot (not pictured, but near the famous owl), they have so many interesting flavours and types of packages. Or else the mustard shop inside the Cité de la Gastronomie was great too (we visit it towards the end of the video), they have many different brands to choose from and you can even personalise your own mustard pot!
@@seeyouleda13 thank you SO much! This is really very helpful. I’m so excited to go, but nervous only because I don’t personally know anyone who has been there! Your video was VERY helpful.
On voit tout de suite à quel point ces pauvres américains sont incultes côté cuisine...Le Delirium café...Quelle honte, quel manque de goût...On pourrait penser que c'est une farce
Yes, I've been! You're right, it is such a gem. One of very few towns that was not bombarded during the war and definitely one of my favourite towns in Europe. I hope I can go back soon and make a video about it!
Another one of y faves now!! Loved getting to meet everyone in the vlog hehe! Also Dijon looks beautiful!!
If you liked this one, stay tuned for the next one ;)
Can't go wrong with a city built on mustard and wine! Also, missing those summer days ☀️
Couldn’t agree more! Let’s re-do it next year!!
Was missing your videos 📽️🎥🎞️
Glad to hear 💗😋
I just used the honey mustard on my breakfast sandwich and it was ❤🔥!
Haha I haven’t even opened mine yet! I’m waiting for a special occasion 😋
Looks awesome!
I nearly made it there in the 80’s but I got as for as the Dijon Formula 1 race track (as it was then).
Close but no Cigar I guess.👍
I hope you can make it back to explore! It's definitely worth it!
