I was at this convention. Made the almost 5 hour drive once I heard ALL of these part 2 actors were going to be there. I called and had single red roses wrapped in paper with a bow delivered to my room and on my second day there I gave each of the Friday ladies a rose , they were very appreciative.
I just saw the entire franchise last Halloween for the first time in my entire life and i have to say PART 2 IS THE BEST ONE , real horror , you nailed it Guys, Thanks you for this masterpiece, Jesus bless you
iStrongly believe that part: 2 is best & coming at a close 2nd in my opinion, part: 4, The Final Chapter. Those are my 2 favorites of the franchise. iEnjoyed one throu 7, but those two are my favorites by far. Part: 2 slighty over the final chapter.
They're all wonderful! Such nostalgia for me! I grew up in the 80's, and the FRIDAY franchise is such a part of my childhood! Love all the actors, and have a real appreciation for their dedication and hard work! Kudos, guys!! Love you all!!❤
Amy was on the daytime soap Guiding Light for a short while right before she started filming Friday the 13th Part 2. And, John Furey was such a gorgeous man back in the day. 😊😊
One of John's last acting credits was the daytime soap Days of Our Lives from 2009-2010, he played a pimp who pimped out Chloe whose father Dr. Craig Wesley is played by Kevin Blair Spiritas who played Nick the male lead in Friday the 13th part VII
Part 2 was the best film in the franchise, overall. Good camera work, photography, atmosphere, likeable characters, and not too long. The original is still my favorite, but the sequel was well made.

@@TheDollsofHorror l know! She looks amazing, she's hardly changed at all which is remarkable considering this is 40 yrs on. She's still so pretty & seems like a sweet, intelligent person.
Amy steel mentions she didn't want to be stuck doing horror movies so she went from Friday the 13th part two then moved on to the movie "April Fools Day" which was more of a "Who-done it mystery movie like the movie "Clue" was.
Actually, the entire crew played Jason. I met Steve Dash in person and he admitted to me that the crew members did most of the kill scenes. Steve Dash appears in the sack towards the end to do the chase and the falls.
@Ariel Lobato She's had drug problems for a long time now and has been arrested many times for various reasons. Google her and you'll find a variety of her mugshots. You won't believe what she look like now. Really sad. Some convention runners are very reluctant too book her
All Warrington Gillette did is the scene where Jason crashes through the window at the end. They filmed that 1st and he was struggling to get it right so they let him go and Steve Dash did everything else in the movie. I have to say, I don't like how he's taking credit. He did it before Steve Dash knew about the conventions and now that Steve is gone he's back at it!
They don't need to explain the dog in the woods. It was Muffin. Muffin is shown walking up to Jason. Jason kills Muffin. Ginny sees Muffin in a dream right before Jason jumps through the window in that same dream. If Jason really did jump through the window, then what happened afterward that resulted in what we see at the end of the movie with Ginny being loaded into an ambulance? Did Jason beat Paul up again and then go lie down in his shack in which the roof was caving in, which is the only reasonable way to explain the fact that he's shown at the beginning of Part 3 on the floor of the shack? If Paul beat him up, then how did he wind up back on the floor of the shack? If Jason would have escaped, wouldn't the shack have been the first place Paul would have looked for him? Also, Part 2 ends with a zoom in on the head of Mrs. Voorhees, with the bodies shown around the shrine, so apparently the first responders have not had the fact that it is there communicated to them by anyone. Maybe Jason DID jump through the window, and Paul, being somewhat dense as established in the movie, just rushes over unthinkingly and is mortally wounded by the machete blade sticking out of Jason's shoulder.Seriously though, it is perfectly evident that Part 3 is saying it was a dream sequence and any claim contrary to that is a matter of special pleading and the fact that that was what was intended as what was portrayed in Part 2 is bolstered by the fact that Muffin shows up at the end, because there is no way Jason would have just let the dog live, nor that there would be another freshly-killed Shih Tzu in the vicinity.
@lonely shadow “No the director already went over this” You mean the director of Part 2 and Part 3 who put the scene with Jason on the floor of the cabin in Part 3 interspersed with the scenes from Part 2? “for one jason doesn't kill pets he has no reason to” That’s not anything that was ever established by the movies. The only source of that of which I am aware is Kane Hodder thinking that to himself when he began playing the role seven movies in. “and it wasn't a dream ginny past out when jason came through the window and he killed the guy I forget his name and he left her alone because at the time jason always left a person alive when they pass out.” Nope. “It doesn't make a whole lot of sense but the film producer already said that muffin did survive and it was another dog in the woods.” What producer and where? “The scene at the start of part 3 just shows the events before jason jumps through the window.” No, as I mentioned in the comment you are responding to, Jason is shown on the floor of the shack in the scene that was newly filmed for Part 3 and placed in the context of the events at the end of Part 2, right AFTER Ginny is loaded into the ambulance, and he has removed the machete from his shoulder, and is beginning to move around and leave the shack and make his way out of the area. Leaving aside the absurd, bending over backwards “explanation” somebody gave in the comments section of one of the videos about this stuff, according to which Jason jumped through the window and then returned to the shack to lie down with the machete in his shoulder, it is clear what the new scene incorporated into that series of events in the opening of Part 3 is intended to convey. It WAS a dream. Jason NEVER jumped through the window. It WAS Muffin that was dead in the woods after walking right up to Jason.
@lonely shadow Truth like the fact that Jason killing Crazy Ralph, the Hocketts and Mrs. Jarvis among many others refutes that whole thing about those Jason exclusively targets that you said, or that regardless of what Steve Miner might have intended at the time of the making of Part 2, he obviously filmed that scene with Jason in the shack removing the machete from his shoulder after Ginny is taken away in the ambulance to show that Jason jumping through the window was supposed to be a dream?
Jason doesn't kill pets and children. His motivation in killing is doing his mothers will and she wanted revenge on the counselors and people who come to the camp trying to start it up again. That's why jason doesn't kill any kids in jason lives.
