I really like this ship design. Probably my favorite Discovery design outside of the Enterprise.
I was a bit shocked at learning it was a Discovery design ship since I feel that most Discovery ships are a bit underwealming. (Especially the non-federation ones). I want to get alone for the swarm transformation sequence.
I liked the look of Crossfield :)
@@aeureus And that's just fine. I'll admit, while it's far from my favorite Trek design, I don't really hate it. It's just kinda okay-ish to me.
It also helps that my first homemade starship toy bore a surprising similarity to the Crossfield class. It was literally a plastic coat hangar with a toy car wheel stuck onto the curly end with clay. :)
This ship looks amazing! I hope they eventually add the 2 nacelle Miranda looking ship we saw in the season 2 finale as well!
I was sitting on a promo pack for awhile. As soon as I saw the transformation and swarm mechanics, I knew this was the ship I wanted. And man am I not disappointed. It is an absolute beauty of a ship with a lot of the shields and I will never get tired of watching the swarm peel off the hull and load back on. The swarm mode is AMAZING point defense and tears up most anything within 5km, on advanced anyways. Threw some covert dual beam banks and an omni on it to round it out and man, it really is a fun ship.
Dude you are lucky to get the ship right out of the gate with that promo pack. I was burned trying to get the regular section 31 ship last year
@@HomerT6 Sorry I should have explained better, I opened a bunch of doff packs quite a while ago trying to fill out a crew roster and to get some lobi and got it out of there. I would be very lucky to get it out of one lol!
The section 31 shield on this will be amusing!
Another great video! Glad you enjoyed looking this one over thought you would when I sent it over. One thing you should of activated swarm mode while using shields with trim lighting like the Lukari or Agis see some extra Tron lighting.

I like this ship! It looks like the Prometheus from Voyager.

Does the shield vision extends to the hallowed out section when swarm is activated?
It's an interesting ship but I think you would be better off with a Vengeance or the Constitution carrier.
Some of those shield arrays looked like camo texters and the pink shield looks like the Far cry Blood dragon theme. as for the dollar stores down her in South Carolina that I have seen are the Dollar general, and the Dollar tree.

This video is 5 months old now (8-28-20) & I still haven't seen this ship on the PS4 at all.
Thinking of going for this ship with the choice event box. Is it any good performance wise?

So does the drone swarm thing work in the Binary Stars TFO? I love the T5 Lukari, but it’s not exactly what I call stealthy. Theres a Dollar Tree and a Dollar General.
Yes, I have seen it getting used by other people. It looks out of place but it does work

Oh man, when I saw the geometry of the Pylons break at 22:44, I remembered why I have a strong aversion against this ship.
It's a kitbash. And not a good one. In my opinion at least.
Man, you know thw old saying: an opinion is an opinion and not a fact! But you know, your opinion really sucks balls my guy! That, or you must be pretty blind because this ship is fuckin' gorgeous!

This ship has a blue thing yet the the beans are red... They should have gone with blue in my opinion. But that's cryptic for you why do anything that makes common sense...lol thou shalt have Tron... That does look good 👍
Beans? You mean the beams? I can't remember for sure but it's possible it was not their call since this is a canon ship that did fight so it's possible it had red bolts there.
EDIT:I watched a clip of the final battle at season 2 finale of DSC and the section 31 ships including this one seemed to be using red bolts (it's kind of hard to tell but something was firing red bolts and Discovery and Enterprise used blue beams).
@@SampoPaalanen yes I meant beams.. but you are right they actually looked like bolts... And I meant a blue theme...
@@rickjamesbitch7632 Mechanically they're beams in-game but they look like bolts as that's the animation used (both in DSC and STO).

Crap! Section 31, Time Travel, Mirror Universe, The Borg, Q, all pointless and don't exist in my star trek universe! Along with 1, and 3 Nacelle ships and ships with no deflector!
