Excellent video guys! I'm a low voltage electrician, but to be honest, working near high-voltage and switch gear has always made me a little queasy. I found this very informative- especially the parts where you demonstrated how primary voltages will find their way through PPE with damage/pinholes. That was a real eye-opener.The fact that you guys are able and comfortable giving a public demonstration with lethal voltages shows you're seasoned pros!Kudos. We need more professionals like you.
Boy i love destroying these lines with a rotary chainsaw i fucking hate them, they have no power or energy. your high voltage is fucking fake and burn burn a nats ass!
No real energy here, just some fake sparks, those lines dont hold real enrergy. lightning is the real 2 stroke powerhouse here, not 60hz whimpey powerlines that have no real horspower,, the average 13.2kv line canot generate 4500hp and are nothing compared-ed to a medium speed 2 stroke generator, todays powerlines are whimpey and they do not hold up! an average 2 stroke positive lightning strike can bring them down. i love to see it happen.
Thats why you can make a pulsed plasma 2 stroke engine, its got full power stroke on the down stoke of any rotation like the Papp pulsed plasma 2 stroke overunity engine. i cant wait to try this with my sled motor!
MY electricity teacher exlpained the fuse "popping". Copper expands to 10,000 times it's size when it's vaporized. The electricity vaporizes the copper. The copper vaporizing expands so fast it needs more space so it blows the glass outwards during vaporization expansion.
Are you okay if the garage roof built and we could easily climb up on the roof and could even easier reach the service drop. I learned my lesson I won't do it again. I'm now sixty one
Boy i would love to launch a drone with aluminum foil and let them blow them selves up, all there fake 13.2kv and 23kv detonating with a fireball. no real amperage or energy here!
These guys are the scum of the earth after 6 moutnhs they send kids up on the lines and call them journeyman . Many ppl have died at the hands of this evil company. Smh puke electric shame on you .
Im taking Industrial Maintenance courses for work (the owner of the factory is paying for them...which is badass.) Im in the AC Fundamentals section now, and I am curious....you said that anything above 600V is considered primary. Our facility is still wired for 3 phase, which is what is created by power companies anyway, so what is so bad about 3 phase? It seems pretty damn good to me, you have one 220-240 line and two 110-120 lines. Seems pretty nice for an industrial setting.
There's nothing bad about 3 phase power. Most people don't need, it all they need is single phase 120/240v. Three phase power is only needed for certain types of equipment which you'll typically find at a business.

Fucking whimpey amperage compared to a 2 stroke diesel generator

Great educational video!

Friends don't let friends work for Pike...join the IBEW
i can bring them down with my sachs rotary chainsaw, and i love doing it. these lines are nothing to destroy.

Puke electric should be ashamed by putting these guys at risk
Cameraman needs to be learnt a lil more
Wouldn't electricuting a rat be more appropriate?
Not with this whimpy ampere rage, not even real power power and not energy behind it
These guys are clowns puke electric should be ashamed for putting these guys at risk with no training and low wages
ZUMP ZUMPPPPPP
Rubber gloves and sticking huh
