Sir why we take continuity on close interval and differentiability on open interval?

because if you try differentiate at a broken point you can do that but theoretically you shouldn't be able to.
lets tackle this slowly
in the first figure what should be f'(a)
that is slope of line at a.
it dose not exists. You cant draw a tangent at the end of a broken line.
Because every fuction is non- diffrentiable at end points and at sharp edges. Hope u will understand.

Because continuty is defined in close interval [a,b] but if we include end points of curve there differentiation is impossible because we know that dervative is slope to unique tangent at a particular point but at end points infinite tangents can be drawn and a unique tangent for this point is impossible

Sir, I request to upload Sylow theorem for abelian group.
Please don't mind: At time 18:52 in Example First, you have told that f(x) is existing for all x in [0,1] so it is continuous. I think this not correct. Function may be defined everywhere but possibility is that is not equal to limit of function at that point. So may be discontinuous. Please Tag this information in your slide. Otherwise students may mislead. Do not display my suggestion. Its personal suggestion. In similar way, differentiability is not not interpreted correctly.
Sir... We also know that every polynomial function is continous and differentiable everywhere
