Will there be a 3-wheel version, better for indoor use. Optional SLA battery for airline travel and dual chemistry charger would be better. Is the smaller airline-approved battery lithium or SLA type? Very well done video!!
I haven't heard if there will be a 3-wheeled version for this scooter or not. This unit is strictly a Li battery so both the 8A and the 16A MAXX batteries are lithium. Thanks for the kind words!
You say that one battery is airline approved, but that’s for going up to the terminal correct? I can use the long range battery and still check this at the front of the airport with my baggage correct?
So FAA regulates that no lithium battery with an amperage rating higher than 12 can go on any airline so with the longer range battery, that would not be able to be taken on the plane at all. Even in checked luggage due to the amperage rating being higher than FAA allows.. The only one that would be able to go on the airline is the 8A battery.
EXCELLENT VIDEO! Just as good as, possibly even better/more detailed, than your Father’s, video reviews! Keep up the great vids!😀👍👍
