Greetings 🖖 from Korea~~~~^^ I will buy a unit here kung kasing ganda ng LOCATION ng Redwoods na pagaari rin ng DMCI. It has 3 malls na all walking distance, malaking hospital na katapat lang, 10~15 mins. away from SNR …. at ngayon may MRT pa !!! Low rise at consists of 5 buildings lang sya. Kaya feel mo talaga na hindi sya crowded, at mas buo ang community sa loob. I talked to one of DMCI’s accredited real state broker kung May nagbebenta pa ng units sa Redwoods, -- wala na daw. I opt for rent namn -- wala na rin. No wonder, sa ganda ba namn ng location kaya ganoon sya ka-demand sa market. Hoping that all upcoming projects ng DMCI ay magkaroon ng ganitong “the best” 👍👍👍 na location kagaya ng Redwoods. Respect ✊ and Peace ✌️

So, magpapauna na po ako sa inyo, I really want to live in Redwoods again. Gusto ko ng low-rise, kakaunti lang yung building at SIYEMPRE walking distance lang sa “MGA” malls… at iba pang areas, like hospitals, market …. Basta po comfortability ang hanap naming magasawa. Yes, the DMCI accredited real state broker that I talked to… recommended Mulberry Kse nga low rise lang sya… ang problema…. may kalapit bang malls?? Hospital? Yung walking distance lang? In the process of talking to AyalaLand accredited real state broker rin for inquiries kse type ko ang “location” ng Vertis North. Pero yung mismong model ng condo nila na may hallway parang hotel hindi ko talaga gusto. Anyhow, let’s see pa rin…. Mind you po… my number one choice is DMCI talaga…. kaya lang… May location ba na kapareho or hihigitan ang location na mayroon ang Redwoods???
