As an aviation enthusiast, it warms my heart to hear all the kids in the background getting excited by all the action… Until I remember they’d be my age today.
I demand someone or another to give me my innocent childhood back, back when my worst enemies were still my best friends! *Little* kids _little_ problems, *_big_* kids BIG problems! 💔
What was different: Continental and United just merged American had their old striped livery U.S. Airways still existed AirTran still existed Spirit airlines had their old livery Old times.
1:29 why is there a yellow paint on the old AA plane tail that it looks like from the FIFA world cup 2022 logo and also it looks like your planespotting from the terminal
I do not believe we've filmed Winnipeg tbh. I think Vancouver and Calgary are the closest airports we've done but will keep it in mind if the opportunity arises.
Hey Runway Action! Could you, in the future, possibly do a Jacksonville International Airport plane spotting vid? Its my hometown airport in Jacksonville, Florida. Would love to see it in action!
Hi there. I do not believe so at this time. We're limited in the airports we can film and have to focus on the busy ones with a good variety of traffic.
what a time capsule, i clearly understand why people were fed up with the old laguardia. the way the corridors of the central terminal were layed out were causing traffic jams and delays for aircraft and passengers
My guess is it would have been around December or somewhere towards the end of 2013 based on the snow and there being a post US Air merger livery 737 at 46:50

Has to be said the AA livery with the red, white & blue stripes down the fuselage is the best livery they have had. It’s awesome🇺🇸👍
The current PIANO KEYS livery is AWFUL.
I agree😊
Feels like only yesterday.
AirTran was a thing
US Airways was still around
The current American livery was brand new
Actually it feels like it was earlier on today!

@justplanes If so, could you do a newark airport spotting video for 2024? My dad used to work there in the 90s during the continental airlines' age.
