E-40 f/ Kaveo & The Jacka "He's a Gangsta" music video

Two thugs pull up at a red light and think they got a easy victim when they spot the famous rapper, E-40. 40's goons happen to be across the street and peep out the whole scenario and reverse the roles and the perpetrators become the victims. 40 calls all his people to come get it in and it goes down in a grimy warehouse.
