So i decided to follow ur eye makeup routine tonight, just for fun since i have the same palette. And OMG, it looked so good. Too bad I'm going to bed now. I think its gonna be my new go to for a quick glam. It was so easy to follow too. Thank you. As always, you're gorgeous.
I hate that the morphe eyeshadow brush set has 2 more brushes then the full face set. Like I want those 2 brushes too lol was debating on getting the eye set just for that but seems like a waste lol
Mr Sponge didn’t get the memo to behave on camera 😅. Mine didn’t create that odd bumpy shape when I expanded it in the water. How weird 🧐 lol I love Ariel brushes so far but I don’t use the foundation brush for foundation because I don’t like how it moves the product around on my face. In my opinion it doesn’t every spread my foundation due to the movement in the bristles. Instead I use it for my cream/ liquid Danessa Myricks or Rare Beauty blush & cream bronzer from Jaclyn hill. It works perfectly for Blush and bronzing 😉 “Fills in my troughs” made me laugh 😂 I call mine “ the depths of Mordor” (my dark hollow under eye when I don’t get sleep! Lmao) Love this shadow palette on you
Not sure if you realize this or not, but those lashes aren't meant to be used with the magnetic liner. One strip lays on top of your lashes, then you put the other one below your natural lashes and they magnetically join/attach with your lashes between them. So one of the lashes will have the opposite polar value as the other...which is why it was popping off of the liner. :)
@@MakeupByCheryl Been there, done that!! Haha!! My knowledge on that subject comes from experience. Magnetic lashes are the absolute BEST...I will never use regular adhesive again. No eyelash loss, irritation, crusty yucky lumps to hide, etc. My 10 yr old daughter was Ariana Grande for Halloween, and I even used magnetic lashes on HER for that night! I would have never used regular adhesive on her little eyes, but the Eyelure Magnetic Accent lash was perfection for that look. Another tip: if you have a pair of regular lashes that you absolutely love & can't find magnetic dupes for, you can use tiny manicure scissors, a toothpick, and eyelash adhesive to cut off & attach either the individual magnets (OR cut the entire band off) from a pair of Magnetic lashes and glue them to the base of the pair you want to make magnetic. It's tedious, but it can be done! I used an OLD 1/2" curling iron with a clamp to hold the lashes steady (lashes curled around the barrel, with just the base sticking out from the clamp) while I glued and then applied light pressure with a toothpick until dry.
Do you still use the morphe ariel brushes? I am still curious about them and see them on sephora canada again and there's a 20% off again so it's a good time to get them.
@@MakeupByCheryl I am actually pleasantly surprised with the brushes. They are very light and wispy, like what ariel's approach is to makeup, everything very light and airy. I like the face ones the most, the powdery/foundation/blush, I haven't used to eyeshadow ones too much yet.
They are flimsy. I have a light hand but you need a MUCH LIGHTER hand to use. I’ve used since and they are great. Just take some getting use to that’s for sure.

HNB Cosmetics bronzers are amazing! They definitely are powdery & have kickback but blend so so incredibly. Pigmented the house so literally one tap into the pan to start. Holly created the perfect shades for bronzing & sun kissing a wide range of skin tones. I wish more ppl knew about her brand. I prefer matte shadows too. I've tried shimmer and they just don't look as pretty on me as they do on my favorite influencers. That lumpy sponge was weird. Your finished face looked great. The Hourglass blush was really pretty. I'm very curious... Did you order the Nest Holiday candle before the sale ended?
I also have an issue with eyelash glue, and I also have to wear magnetic lashes!! Do you find you have to use the brand specific eyeliner with the lash or do you think if I had the glamnetic eyeliner I would be fine with any magnetic lash? ♥️

I haven’t lightened anymore! I think as I’ve been washing it the true colour has come out though since the base still turns out dark when I first dye it. I’m loving it though!!!
Thanks for the tip! I’ve never experienced that with other brands. I’ve been able to remove them throughout the day, change styles…etc with no issue. The magnets were much smaller than I was use to! I’ll def try out your tip though with them to see if it helps! Thank you! 💕
I would. I don’t think they perform poorly I just think I’m use to totally different density. I’m going to continue to use them. I think I especially like the face brushes though!

You can use a piece of tape or lightly spoolie it off

The brushes were giving me a lot of anxiety because they looked so flimsy lol and thought the bristles were going to fall out.

You need to apply 2 to 3 coats of magnetic liner. Let dry between each layer. You should have better results.

I learned the other day that you have to apply magnetic lashes to the liner right away, not let it dry. It helps a lot might want to give it a shot! 😉
