Suarez is a god tier recruit for CG, Remdogg's average viewers doubled and even tripled some days, he broke his previous subathon record and most importantly it looks like hes having ALOT more fun on the crim side. L OOC firing, but W new story and opportunities.

i think the reason is cause he kept tryin to use mechanic as a way to stick charges. he tried to raid marty on his first weed possession even tho he never saw him sell, try to get roll cash as illegal even if it not use in illegal stuff, tried to stick trafficking charges when a local walk up to someone that is handcuffed.
CG viewer here...Obviously Suarez is not one of my fav cops but the city does need to have those hard ass cops, it helps with rp. I feel bad for remdogg cuz you can obviously hear in his voice this means a lot to him. Rough situation overall

i really didnt like suarez as a cop, but even i will say that no one deserves to be OOC fired, like he's a cop main so he's basically banned now. He didn't break server rules, so i don't see why no one just had a talk with him (+ daps, suspensions and all that in-game stuff) and just said to stop doing dumb shit. (if there was one, and he plainly didn't listen, then ok)
I mean the guy was investigating a game mechanic that the 50% owner of the server said was crazy to investigate or try to make illegal. There's a reason Dean had his character drop that investigation and if something is so clearly off base that Shiesty won't pursue it......
Yeah I remember Koils message regarding that, but from all the people who got in trouble on investigating something that was intended to not be investigated it seems like there were no talks with the PD when people joined its sounds like theres a huge miscommunication or intentions are completely different for RP from person to person

Suarez improved massively with reading the room and being less aggressive 4. Suarez wasn't as ''try hard'' in 4.0 but had little moments here and there like a bit too aggressive ramming here and not handling certain money laundering RP mechanics well. That didn't deserve a OOC firing imo tho. This was OOC, he didn't get daps nor was there RP that led to a firing. He came back from an actual vacation and suddenly he's fired. While very incapable cops like Cornwood are still allowed to cause chaos on the server and impacting the RP of people. They could've just talked to him OOC. ''Yo Remdogg, tone it down with Suarez. Don't focus so much on mechanics. Let the crims breathe a bit in that aspect. Watch out with your pits here and there. Be a bit more conservative with that.'' And I can understand being emotional over this. Playing cop on NP brought him views and subs to make a livelihood and now thats gone and he'll see a dip in his income.

Yeah i don´t get why admins don´t just talk to him OOC instead of just firing him. It is valid that he sometimes concentrated to much on mechanics, but letting him go only makes sense if he was talked to and did not change. Otherwise it´s just shit for the creator....
this honestly serves as a good chance to deep dive the other side of RP and see how the criminal side works. IMO the best cops in the PD are those who have gone through the struggles of crim and know how to make things fun, fair and challenging without being aids, people like mcnulty, bones, cassidy are ones who come to mind

Marlo shouldn't be able to own a cop car to begin with. Slacks should be fired for getting involved in a deal that involves a police car. Cornwood owns almost all the PD turbos we knew this already.
Basically just because you can doesn't mean you should. Got removed for playing to the mechanics instead of using the mechanics to facilitate RP, sometimes to the point when he'd play to the mechanics despite it making no sense in RP or otherwise. Yes, other cops are guilty of it too but he was probably most guilty of it, to the point where he based entire investigations on mechanics despite mechanics not really making logical sense or putting in any additional work to make the mechanics support charges he wanted to push.
I feel for Remdogg. Too often streamers don't seem to know exactly what happened. Given how many streamers on NP are trying to make a living out of streaming, you wouldn't think it would be too much to have a conversation about what needs to change before they hand out punishments like this.
From how he worded that seems to be the very reason Cornwood is still hired. Seems they want PD to be more willing to do the dumb stuff to create RP and take a loss in situations and felt for some reason Suarez was not that way.
How is cornwood and dean still cops is beyond me. Hopefully, suarez improves and learns that with more power comes more responsibility and he can reapply in the future.
Huh? Suarez has been the most W chasing cop in the server since 3.0. There had been dozens of instances where he went way too far. I don’t think he should be fired permanently but maybe he takes the time now to make another crim character and get an understanding of the other side. It would help a lot. In fact that should be mandatory for all cops to have a crim character.
@@NovemberFoxtrotRC most cops do have a crim but they don't do hardcore crime like say someone like CG does all they do on their crime chars is fuck around and RP with their friend groups.. aside from a few crimes who also play cops like some of the hydra ppl and ex angels. so they would need to make a crime character in a top gang to really get the feel of how crims have it

I’m not a cop viewer, but cops like Suarez, Lenny Hawk, and Cornwood are needed - they’re the *actual* threat when crims deal with cops, the ones they can hate, the ones that make it feel so much better when you escape because you fooled them or at the very least didn’t get caught by them

This is the conclusion of trying to hit Marty with selling drugs while being down because a local still walked up to him. He was trying to be very powerful and used meta about charging him because he knew how the server mechanics worked ooc.
Even though i wasn't the biggest fan of suarez, i don't want him to get fired. He had genuine skill with chases that was unfortunatly overshadowed by the ramming and stuff he did. I hope they give him another chance and he stops doing that stuff. He really was a good driver.

So Nopixel removed a thread that was sending kind, heartwarming messages and concern about why his character was removed. The Nopixel moderators removed that thread for no reason.
Listening to him I feel bad for the guy but it’s a great opportunity to actually create some RP and see what it’s like being on the other side. I’m guessing there was a reason why he wasn’t hired at the very beginning of 4.0 and was probably told his style of Cop RP isn’t where they wanted to head and he ignored it. Hopefully they go back towards the start of 4.0 and the PD actually priorities RP over catching W’s and stacking every charge they can on crims
Suarez eased up A LOT after him and kebun had heart to heart off stream mid 3.0. Both sides RPed lot more after that and seemed to enjoy each others rp.

for me i dont think hes RP is that top tier tbh. but at the same time, i kinda had to disagree with some decision by a high command in PD regarding a ''tryhard'' cop. i would say if u have variety of cop character n personality, it actually give life n create more rp to PD(mostly from drama RP). it only become an issue if alot of them being ''tryhard'' cop. then it would be a problem becoz cops RP focus too much on being IRL cop than actually treating it as an cop RP in gta server.
Koil (server owner) did mention that he wants the server to be like an episode from south park. If you think about it connan and cornwood are example of that while suarez just doesn't fit.
Sorry to hear about this man, I know its hard when you put so much work into something, think it might be important to learn things from the Crim side and would give you a different perspective as a cop. Take it as a new challenge the people that follow you enjoy you not the fact that you are cop, you have a solid base build off it and make it crazy and fun and if a cop is where your heart is you can find your way back there one day. I dont think warning should be taken from twitch clips, but a statement should be done to the PD discord channel or NOpixel Discord or somewhere even in MDT for cops to see and learn, I doubt every person watches clips of what Koil has to say

hate this for Remdogg loved his interactions with Mandem in later 3.0 and hadn't heard much bad about him since 4.0 started however if this OOC Firing is how it's going to be he should just RP that "Suarez having been fired from PD went on Vacation" and shelve the character make another as a Civ or Crim and show admins that he can RP without "being 100%" while also getting a perspective on how RP life outside the PD for those dealing with PD officers both that push 100% and those that don't and as much as queue might cause issues he can make a turn around from this and grow as a streamer, RP'er and person from this it's not like he was just straight up banned from the server

It's sad people are so disposable to Nopixel admins, this guy has given a lot to the server and obviously has a lot ridding on it in terms of income. They surely have 5 minutes to sit down with him and fix the issue he's clearly a good dude the PD need people like him.
CG Viewer, Suarez was one of my favorites! Obviously sometimes he wasn’t the best, but overall he is a lot better than so many they have on the force. It’s heartbreaking. Maybe he will go crim and merc the whole pd

I know of suarez, as a mainly cg rp viewer myself, he was a dedicated cop, always around, dedicated to the "t", and sure, he tends to go balls to the wall a lot, using mechanics and wtv, and this video is more or less all most people know of his situation, so who can really say, on one hand, this may look fair, but its also unfair, especially when you have other robocops out there, den shits and acorn, just to name a few. Hope he bounces back soon from this.

Keep your head up Suarez. You were definitely one of the top officers at LSPD. I am more of a crim view but Suarez always had funny interaction like letting peanut do scared straight or the over the phone mail he was send out. He definitely was was one of the best drivers at the PD. There are so many more officers that should be gone before Suarez. I think this will open a door to so much more stuff that you will enough even more.
I think the only reason he plays cup is because: 1) they need another cop because the police are so down bad they don’t have enough people. 2) his main character crane is boring and has no storylines as he is an OOC admin inserted into the game, for purely admin reasons to basically run the city in the most undemocratic city Council possible that he came up with, so he has no reason to exist in the game. Did I mention he’s also very boring and no one wants to interact with him. Crane’s personality can best be summed up as “translucent sandpaper that smells like farts when used”. as its is transparently obvious he’s ONLY an admin with an abrasive deadpan attitude who kills the mood in every room he enters. (I thought that was pretty funny Way to sum up his character)
Agreed. Crane is the source of most of the crim nerfs that make playing crim such a grind. He is also the one who buffs the cops making the crim so easy to catch. He is also the one who makes the times and fines so punitive that it sets crime back so hard. Finally, he is the one who plays both cop and chief justice so he can take advantage of how unbalanced he has made the server. He’s a problem
Hearing him does make me feel for the dude - But I was totally in the headspace that he was going too hard too fast trying to break down things in their infancy. The mechanical thing is completely right and camping locations from a mechanic perspective would frustrate me as a viewer. Definitely feel for him knowing it obviously means a lot to him. I hope its a learning/growing experience for him as a person and Role player. On the other hand its equally as frustrating that he is NOT the only one... obviously we all know that at least 2 of the other problem children are only still where they are because of their viewership and entertainment value for viewers who enjoy that. There should definitely be some more consistency across this for the force.
Dont watch rp no more but I used to see Suarez through zerkaas or mdm povs back in 3.0 and he seemed to be 1 of the best cops out there. Im seeing comments he's too try hard he must have changed cause I never felt that.

Does anyone know the situation he was referring to regarding the game mechanics bit? the only one I heard about recently was the guy they tried to give a drug-selling charge because locals ran up to him while he was down....but I only remember kyle being a lawyer and talking to Cornwood..
basically he was the cop that got money orders to be marked for police seizure (and almost rolled bills too) b/c mechanically he knows they're used to clean dirty money. somehow a judge agreed and now we have this awkward explanation of 'well money orders come from other countries who do not align with the Los Santos' to explain why they're illegal. Essentially logically both in RP and otherwise it doesn't make sense but it became a thing because he argued it mechanically. I'm guess he's the one to get punished b/c he impacted the overall RP on the server where as other cops who have been guilty of prioritizing mechanics haven't yet either b/c they're not as good at catching people or they don't full commit to it like he did.
When I heard from rem saying “uh, suarez was removed from the PD..” instantly think it was a joke, until he said “I’m not a good fit into the PD” made me think he could be serious. Here's thing IMO. Suarez when he tried was great at RP (hotdog stuff, dirty money investigation) however he repeatedly kept falling into the same cycle of there's 1-3 people I ridenwith and being gungho in chases to the point there was no breathing room. I can see why he got fired, I can also see a path forward if he actually RP's and doesn't always go into go car fast 3.0 unit.

Got removed for playing to the mechanics instead of using the mechanics to facilitate RP, sometimes to the point when he'd play to the mechanics despite it making no sense in RP or otherwise. Yes, other cops are guilty of it too but he was probably most guilty of it, to the point where he based entire investigations on mechanics despite mechanics not really making logical sense or putting in any additional work to make the mechanics support charges he wanted to push.

Huh? Suarez has been the most W chasing cop in the server since 3.0. There had been dozens of instances where he went way too far. I don’t think he should be fired permanently but maybe he takes the time now to make another crim character and get an understanding of the other side. It would help a lot. Listening to him I feel bad for the guy but it’s a great opportunity to actually create some RP and see what it’s like being on the other side. I’m guessing there was a reason why he wasn’t hired at the very beginning of 4.0 and was probably told his style of Cop RP isn’t where they wanted to head and he ignored it. Hopefully they go back towards the start of 4.0 and the PD actually priorities RP over catching W’s and stacking every charge they can on crims
Suarez eased up A LOT after him and kebun had heart to heart off stream mid 3.0. Both sides RPed lot more after that and seemed to enjoy each others rp.

Sorry to hear about this man, I know its hard when you put so much work into something, think it might be important to learn things from the Crim side and would give you a different perspective as a cop. Take it as a new challenge the people that follow you enjoy you not the fact that you are cop, you have a solid base build off it and make it crazy and fun and if a cop is where your heart is you can find your way back there one day. I dont think warning should be taken from twitch clips, but a statement should be done to the PD discord channel or NOpixel Discord or somewhere even in MDT for cops to see and learn, I doubt every person watches clips of what Koil has to say

I know of suarez, as a mainly cg rp viewer myself, he was a dedicated cop, always around, dedicated to the "t", and sure, he tends to go balls to the wall a lot, using mechanics and wtv, and this video is more or less all most people know of his situation, so who can really say, on one hand, this may look fair, but its also unfair, especially when you have other robocops out there, den shits and acorn, just to name a few. Hope he bounces back soon from this.

Keep your head up Suarez. You were definitely one of the top officers at LSPD. I am more of a crim view but Suarez always had funny interaction like letting peanut do scared straight or the over the phone mail he was send out. He definitely was was one of the best drivers at the PD. There are so many more officers that should be gone before Suarez. I think this will open a door to so much more stuff that you will enough even more.

I think the only reason he plays cup is because: 1) they need another cop because the police are so down bad they don’t have enough people.
2) his main character crane is boring and has no storylines as he is an OOC admin inserted into the game, for purely admin reasons to basically run the city in the most undemocratic city Council possible that he came up with, so he has no reason to exist in the game. Did I mention he’s also very boring and no one wants to interact with him. Crane’s personality can best be summed up as “translucent sandpaper that smells like farts when used”. as its is transparently obvious he’s ONLY an admin with an abrasive deadpan attitude who kills the mood in every room he enters.

Agreed. Crane is the source of most of the crim nerfs that make playing crim such a grind. He is also the one who buffs the cops making the crim so easy to catch. He is also the one who makes the times and fines so punitive that it sets crime back so hard. Finally, he is the one who plays both cop and chief justice so he can take advantage of how unbalanced he has made the server. He’s a problem
I enjoyed Suarez PD RP in most situations, especially in the cells. Im sure he will figure out what to do next and make something good out of it!
Hearing him does make me feel for the dude - But I was totally in the headspace that he was going too hard too fast trying to break down things in their infancy. The mechanical thing is completely right and camping locations from a mechanic perspective would frustrate me as a viewer. Definitely feel for him knowing it obviously means a lot to him. I hope its a learning/growing experience for him as a person and Role player. On the other hand its equally as frustrating that he is NOT the only one... obviously we all know that at least 2 of the other problem children are only still where they are because of their viewership and entertainment value for viewers who enjoy that. There should definitely be some more consistency across this for the force.

basically he was the cop that got money orders to be marked for police seizure (and almost rolled bills too) b/c mechanically he knows they're used to clean dirty money. somehow a judge agreed and now we have this awkward explanation of 'well money orders come from other countries who do not align with the Los Santos' to explain why they're illegal. Essentially logically both in RP and otherwise it doesn't make sense but it became a thing because he argued it mechanically. I'm guess he's the one to get punished b/c he impacted the overall RP on the server where as other cops who have been guilty of prioritizing mechanics haven't yet either b/c they're not as good at catching people or they don't full commit to it like he did.
When I heard from rem saying “uh, suarez was removed from the PD..” instantly think it was a joke, until he said “I’m not a good fit into the PD” made me think he could be serious. Here's thing IMO. Suarez when he tried was great at RP (hotdog stuff, dirty money investigation) however he repeatedly kept falling into the same cycle of there's 1-3 people I ridenwith and being gungho in chases to the point there was no breathing room. I can see why he got fired, I can also see a path forward if he actually RP's and doesn't always go into go car fast 3.0 unit.

In all honesty, Suares is a W chaser cop, he is a hardass and its good for RP but the guy just does too much. He is always spearheading the w chasers so...yeah, saw that coming.

Just skating by on easy mode with a golden ticket, he got cop brain rot, and he somehow managed to yuck that up. Now he is actually gonna have to PLAY GTA five and interact with other people and not just magically be right all the time because he’s a cop.
I hope he can change literally everything about himself- seeing as that’s the reason why he was fired-so that he can stay on the server but after everything’s been handed to you for years on end it makes it really hard to going back to be anyone but a cop. He just got paid from the second he woke up until he went to sleep, to just sit in his car. It’s gonna be hard running group 6 and working at senior buns.
I feel for the guy losing his job in game by OOC reasons… but then doesn’t that mean he’s partly at fault for what’s happening to him? There are a lot of civs/crims/cops that could care less about some W. The best rp'ers on the server only care about "how can we extend this rp or how can i make this an awesome rp experience for both parties?" This was never suarez. And he still doesnt understand why. Probably why he was ooc fired.

I don’t wanna be the guy that says it, but everybody else is thinking it….. every cop viewers brain dead take when a Crim is upset that they got caught and all of the many repercussions that come with that: “all these guys do is cry when they lose. Feel for the guy, at the end of the day this is how he makes a living and taking that away completely can destroy his career. Everyone makes mistakes in this game, should of been suspended imo. This is just a video game but people's livelihoods are attached to it.
Suarez isn't exactly a bad cop; he might come off as a bit try hard, but that seems to be the norm on Nopixel these days. If anyone deserves to be let go, it's Cornwood, hands down, not Suarez.
if they going after this guy, go for the rest too.... But not to hate on the guy, wish they could have talk to him and other cops about the mechanics and gave a big valid warning. They could have just told him in discord or msg him, hey dont do that anymore to whatever he did. And let the rp go. the end of the day you want people to enjoy the server and not be let down. Anyways he is a good driver as a cop and his rp with cg was great.
As a CG viewer I think this is kinda dumb. I guess just roll with the punches, be a civ for a bit then reapply.
I think the double whammy of what got Suarez OOC fired is that he always goes 100% full power attack on criminals and his roleplay is subpar and is always over looked in favour of arresting crims.
