Backyard Wildlife - California Peregrine Falcon

Noticed a pair of Peregrine Falcons in my backyard and got this footage of one feeding on a small critter in my tree. My favorite part is when it drops its claw at the end.

Beautiful video of an adult California red-shouldered hawk, Buteo lineatus elegans.
They're actually quite different from a peregrine falcon in a number of ways and are not closely related.
