      The stitches are really easy to find, super easy! The hard part is picking out the yarn 😆

    Wow. I wouldnt say this is for a beginner, I have been crocheting for some time and it
    made my head spin, not that you are not a good teacher you are and explain things
    very well. I love your tutorials, but this one may take me some time to catch on. Thank you.

    This is really pretty; thanks for the tute. The gold & brown is really pretty. I'm not into sports, but this would be a good pattern for sports team colors.

    Thank you! Very helpful. I don't know how I ended up on a high stitch in the first row on the chain... Regardless, once I got going the stitch was easy after your instructions.

    Very pretty variation of original Chevron stitch. Love this one. So okay, if I'm understanding this right, every time you do your lows, you do that v stitch that's sort of starts out as an incomplete and ends with pulling thru 3 chains/loops. Is that the only time you do that stitch? When you're on the lows? Thank you for the video tutorial. I only wish that you did just one more row but very good tutorial. You're awesome!! 💛

    • @Meladora1
      @Meladora1  6 років тому +1

      Yes correct, the decrease is always on a low and the upper peak is always an increase

      @@Meladora1 .Thank you, you're the best one last thing? I forgot to ask: for your favorite (and mine as well) colors, what weight yarn.. light #3, worsted #4 also what brand name yarn and what colors? TIA. xx

    • @Meladora1

      It's #4 no info on yarn. Turkish company, regular yarn

    I can't seem to get it right. At the end of the first row i keep getting to have 2 chains left after the last down corner... Started over 4 times now. Counting out loud on the chain and making sure i don't get interrupted while counting. I have done a chain of 196+6. Think I will try a different stitch... 😢

    • @Meladora1
      @Meladora1  3 роки тому

      That first row can be tricky! Even on a small piece. What I would do personally is pull out the extra stitches on the end and just keep going. Only 2 chains difference should not make that big a difference in the long run if you got the increase and decrease correct. I'd hate for you to miss out on a pattern design like this. It really looks amazing once you get going ❤

    Is it possible to just carry the yarn up the side of the work, and cover it with a border once the afghan is complete?

    Sra. Meladora's, muy bonita su puntada pero por qué no la da completa;yo no entiendo inglés y solamente voy viendo como la va tejiendo pero a veces las trabaja tan rápido y no se le puede seguir. Igual la puntada de mariposa no la pude seguir. Disculpe si le molesta que se lo diga,tiene muy bonitas puntadas pero no las puedo seguir todas. Muchas gracias que Dios le bendiga.

  • @jerriwilson6536

    Does anyone know how many inches you lose in width due to the ripple?

  • @daneilleboyd8348
    @daneilleboyd8348 8 років тому

    mean 20 counts

    • @Meladora1
      @Meladora1  8 років тому

      Means you ch in multiples of 14 until your project is as wide as you want. Once it is then ch 6 more and you're ready to start.
