Hi do you know how to erase the hard drive on a Canon copier, I need to erase it on a PC but it has a drive lock on it how do I remove it I have been in the service menu but I don't know where, to look any ideas.
Hard Disk You have to connect with the PC then go to the Disk management.remove All partition then format it...
@@CopierTech it has a hard drive lock I it will fail to access the drive from a windows PC
