Didn't even notice the fidget!!! Anyway - Mg sulfate - a few pinches in cranberry juice and cut back on sugar and caffeine helps if that is what you want to do. You can also rub mg sulfate into the skin - leave it on - don't wash it off--- and if your arms are fidgeting you can do this to the arms specifically - that will help - cheers!!!!
