Quick and Easy Tasty CHICKEN KARAHI recipe - Restaurant Style

iNGREDIENTS:
* 6 small chicken leg waters cut up, and de-skinned
* 6 cloves of garlic minced and crushed with a pinch of salt and a tsp of minced ginger.
* 1 tbsp Julienned ginger
* 4 small onions sliced thinly
* Green and red Thai chilis. (Use amount tolerable to you. Leave whole or chopped)
* 4 medium tomatoes, de-seeded and chopped
* 1 handful chopped cilantro
* 1/2 tsp garam masala
* 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
* 1 tbsp paprika or non spicy chili powder
* Salt to taste
* 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
* 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
* 2 tablespoons heavy cream
* 4 tbsp cooking oil
* 4 tbsp water.
