Insect is expensive but worth it, its got low breathing bar requirment and it has posion it also has s to escape mist users and if that wasnt enough it has auto-lock with a really good combo to match water
Edit: its got better tick damadge than flame (ive heard, tell me if im wrong in the chat)

As a flame user, I can say it's true. Flame ticks only 1 damage whilst Poison ticks 2-3. It out-damages my healing.
I have kocho clan with insect breathing its pretty good but the fighting style is kinda hard to get used to but its really fun to use
Modern demonfall meta be like , ah yes moon , sun and water fucking dominates (u can use others too ofc and be rll good but those are cheeeese)

It’s like fencing, I’m excited to see how they’d make something like Stone Breathing, or Sound Breathing. Doubt they’ll add Stone since most Demon Slayer games ignore it. :(
They will add sound, in their trello there was a “sound breathing” column but when u clicked it, it says “Work in progress”

By the way guys, be cautious on using breathing edict if you want to change back to any other breathing after insect. It will take away your insect nichirin and change it back to rusty nichirin

I think u can use this combo (i don't have that breathing so i don't know). M1 then 2nd move m1 again then 4th move then 1st move and end it with an m1. Im not sure about this.

Ngl insect relies on getting a m1 combo off and since it does not have a combo starter it makes it pretty easy to run like a trackstar (like the mist user did) and if they try to use the autotrack move you block it and proceed to combo them.
The extender is also kind of a combo starter and It doesnt matter if u have that bcuz dance of the spider Is also a combo extender so I guess it's good
