For me the reason that i felt older when I was in the 20's is that I lived and exchanged things with older people for 20 years: parents. So I conclude: the more you go around with younger people, the more young you will feel even at a later timeframe. And the reverse is true. What you must realize is that you have something to balance out and you will still find new resources to do this and this is your source.
Since childhood, i liked to be alone, I usually did indoor activities like reading books, learning foreign language, or learning something i love like math.
