Lovely video. You can have pizza made from Cauliflower flour. I don't know if it is available in Trinidad. Have fun with your intermittent fasting.. It works if you follow it. This is from my personal experience. Have a great weekend 🎉❤

Nice video Lyndon. I love walking don't like gym 😂. However I love flour also but I'm working on it 😅. Safe walk and hope the girls all set for school next week.
He's walking on a very very busy road, he could not do that and show the scenery too because there was none. It was already a dangerous chance he was taking 🤔

I also made flatbread, pancakes etc with almond flour. I takes some getting use to.
His wife can look up the recipe, I'm sure and that will be a great alternative✌🏽
