If it's too big for you as a bachelor (for now), you can rent it out . In the way you gain From the house and as time goes by, the house it self gains value . Which means more money for you in the future .

its a huge liability whether its your dream house or not , maintaining the house takes money out of your pocket but won't replace it . buy assets that will buy or build the house and maintain it so in a way you live in it for free sort off

If it were that easy, I would be owning 100s of this type of houses. If we go deep into it, the money is not from forex but something else. This type of misleading posts put unnecessary pressure on the gullible ones and make the hardworking ones become depressed. Well, a sucker that will take everything they hear hook, line, and sinker is born every minute.
