- Come join me as I check out an old abandoned strip club on the west side of Jacksonville. This club has been shutdown for the past few years. The club has seen much violence with over quite a few shootings and one to many deaths.
I have a passion for documenting abandoned locations and the intention of these videos is to preserve their history and memory for time to come.

Jax peeps, what was the strip club on 103rd near Cecil field back in the middle 80's early 90's.
Actually, I'm curious how the hell you got in, since I know the owners and know they kept it locked up pretty well, considering they planned the reopen.

I think that was "Choices" in the '90's. Rock bands on one side, and pool tables on the other. It was happening.
Omg i used to see this place everytime my mum drove me to school. Knew nothing was going on in it for a while, but i didnt know it became abandoned-

I film everything with my iPhone 11! And then I use a Dji Mini 2 for the drone footage!

I remember that place from the 90s...it was basically a black club for the most part.

I have buddies that used to go to this club.. they said it was pretty wild. Said everyone openly smoked weed in the establishment. They also told me if I ever wanted to go don’t go alone go with them. Lol probably because I’m a white boy.
That was the front bar entry area and then the back bar by the stage

They didn't sell alcohol but you could bring your own. There were a couple places in Jax like that.

That looks better than the first strip club I tried to work at the fox's den and I only went there 1 day never again lol....still can't believe they left all that stuff the owner probably just bought another one. Unless the feds told them to stay away I don't understand why they left all that

In the future while i'm alone, When i go to the strip club i have to go seeing and meeting a girl and a guy, especially the employee and a owner, so i want to be a new customer from the strip club, in the mention place, i have to drink one beer and a eating food along with 2 girls that sharing these foods on the room, oh, when the mention place getting open, i will enter this place

Went there a long while ago. The cab driver did not want to take me there and even suggested that I go somewhere else. I thought it was a terrific club.

In certain states clubs that don’t serve alcohol can be full nude. That being said these clubs allow bring your own alcohol.

This use to be called the Wrangler in the early 1980's. My Mom use to hang out here way before it was a strip club.
Well all the stainless steel equipment in there they could have left it behind because they lost the place and didn't have a place to take it

Awesome video man. I like how they have the bar areas but “didn’t sell alcohol” lol. With all the beer bottles laying around.

Silver Fox!! Had good memories at this place!! It was down the street from neighborhood I’ve grew up at in Edison st. Mixon Town. If you was from out of town beware because it do get violent. But I had sex at vip at the Fox 😂

It was not functioning when I was inside because all the power was shut off! But I would think it could still work!

Lol why the heck would they need that big ramp? Does not make sense a little step up is all they need that thing was just plain ridiculous, also you don’t need pool tables in a strip club that’s ridiculous as well personally I would Try to sell all that stainless if it’s in decent shape if not scrap it at three bucks a pound
I know right? The ramp doesn't make any sense to me either... haha and its crazy that they left all that stainless behind! Those are some big dollar items!
Yes terrible, tacky ramp . This place has an old creepy vibe . They didn't keep up with the decor . Too much dark purple paint , too much exposed bare wood . The top of the bar should have been replaced . The bathrooms should have been upgraded as well . Especially the ceilings and floor . This, place could reopen if it were remodeled properly .
The outside paint would probably need to be toned down to a lighter color .
All in all it's not a bad place , just needs remodeling . Serious remodeling . The stage needs lights underneath it that changes color to the beat of the music .
That would be a plastic type of see through flooring with lights beaming through . New carpet too . Dark red is a good color for strip club carpet . Cement or tile floors just arnt as cozy as carpet .
A few leather couches and a nice pool table . Pool tables are a fantastic edition to strip clubs . Every strip club should have at least one pool table . I'd I bought this place , the first thing I would do is tear out that stupid wood ramp . Looks like it was made for cattle . It's horrible.

Waitasec, T. You get one of the GOATS on the ROOF but you pass stepping up to the stage pole? Har. Lots of recoverables in there waiting for salvage (prob tied up in courts). Except for the mold damage; not a local issue at 8% humidity. Reminds me of a KCMO restaurant that burned. Still mostly intact but abandoned w/full furnishings, kitchens, plates ... everything. (Sadly only daguerreotype tech at time.)
yeah its crazy how much stuff they left behind that could be salvaged! And who knows what been on that stage... hahah

I had permission to go into this place. Typically I'll park away from the locations I check out

@@TheLoner21 Yeah I think it just depends on the situation. This place is for sale and I had a customer who was interested in purchasing the building. So I went to make a walk through video for him since he is out of state.
