Those times soviets had more primitive technologys so many of the place had nose cockpit like on B29 and B17 (Tu 104, tu 114, tu 124, tu16, tu70, tu95) yeah Tupolev loved sone cockpits :·), but later according with advances in technology nose cockpit was removed, starting from tu 154 and later version of tu 134
