The cursed could’ve woken up at any moment and no technique Gojo would be vulnerable. Gege himself actually stated this was the reason when this very question was asked

@@mremerald8586 it makes a lot of sense what’s stopping somebody like jogo from just nuking the whole place since Gojo can’t protect himself and resulting in more casualties. Literally no reason to do this because if he did most people there would die from the dozens of cursed and transfigured humans. Gojo without infinity would take heavy damage from somebody like jogo and even then the resulting explosion would massacre everybody normal in the train station defeating the point of Gojo using domain in the first place
