I actually had that same idea. Whose Birthday Is It should’ve replaced The Fix It Machine, while the latter episode would instead be released into the Big Sister Dora DVD instead of A Letter For Swiper (Since it was already released into the Cowgirl Dora DVD)

But then this DVD wouldn’t be a sampler because the episodes on this DVD are from each respective season of the series at the time. (April 5 2005)
