Are there any of your favourites that we didn’t include? What’s your best shoe of 2022? Let’s us know ⬇️
What about Nike free run
Where are the shoes that aren't road shoes?! My favourite is La Sportiva's Mutant. Four-wheel-drive shoes. I find them very comfortable. I've never gone downhill so fast. They are very difficult to fall over in. The grip gives real confidence. The socky fit is very clever so you don't smash your toes into the front of the toe-box. The lace pocket means they never come undone. (You do need four people and a winch to get them off though.) Would recommend.
Brooks Aderenaline are my staple daily ride.
But trail shoes definitely needed a mention! Love my Asics Gel Trabuco's. 👍
For me, the Adidas Takumi Sen 8 for speed. For me, they actually fit and don't cause any foot issues, due to them not fitting properly around the mid foot, which rules out Nike and Hoka's for me, and they are fast. I personally found the ASICS Kayano 25, and 26 didn't last, where the race Takumi has out lasted the ASICS for me with... Durability. I simply wear out the whole forefoot, and toe. (I know it's my running style, but I hated this as I loved the look of the shoes!)
If your look at trail shoes, I have again the Adidas Terrex Speed Ultra's, which are fast durable and light, and I did my fastest Marathon in them this year, matching my old Boston 9's for speed, and so could be the best overall shoe for all types of running, and again, no blisters for me! 😁
Tri Noosa 14 for best looking shoe?
My best shoes of this year are the best shoes of last year at 40% off, because I'm a normal person who doesn't get free shoes
I'm in this category as well 99% of the time but this review video will be useful next year.
Michael makes a very good point, a lot of these shoes are currently on sale now but if you’re looking for shoes to buy discounted in summer 2023 onwards this video will be very useful
This is the way!
Sounds about right
100% agree
I like how they are getting shoes thrown in their face lol🤣
Jess clearly had some anger to let out when throwing them at James and Sarah 😂😂
Ran my first marathon this year with the brooks glycerin 20 and they were amazing! Definitely my favorite and will be returning to these shoes in the future
I’m a (now) heavier runner getting back into it after a few years (and kgs put on!) off it, and I’ve loved running in my hoka cliftons and my asics gel nimbus, which are both soft and comfy! looking forward to dropping a bit in weight and getting shoes specifically for speedier sessions!
i want to say thank you for the content that you make, this channel has been such an inspiration and source of both comfort and entertainment in 2022 💛 can’t wait for 2023, both for my own progression and to follow all of your adventures and shenanigans 😊
Thank you for the lovely comment Sigrid and I’m glad our channel has been such a help for you! Anything you want us to cover in 2023? Definitely come back to this video when you feel you’re ready for speedy shoes but also DM us on social media and we would be more than happy to help out.
Great video, TRC, Sarah and James! I watched it in full and really appreciate all the research and insight you guys put into this list. It's always helpful to see what other runners are loving. My shoe of the year has definitely been the Hoka Mach 4 and now 5. They have been a game-changer for me in terms of comfort and performance. Keep up the great work!
Thank you for the lovely comment! The Mach is a fantastic line of shoes isn’t it?! What is your running looking like in 2023?
@@runningchannel Mach is a fantastic line of shoes, indeed! In 2023, I hope to continue improving my running and pushing myself to be the best runner I can be. While I have a background in endurance sports and have completed ultra marathons (full UTMB and other big races) and two Iron-man races, my focus has shifted to spending time with my family and improving my running on smaller distances such as 5k, 10k, and 21k. I am also working on growing my UA-cam channel and sharing my passion for running with others. Happy new year!
Thanks for the review! Sarah, you have another talent....great hands! I have been wearing Hoka for several years and love he cushioning.
I've been wearing Brooks Glycerins since I was 12 and I got the 20s for Christmas this year! Amazing shoes, I use them for all my road runs.
That beats James record! Amazing. Have you run in the 20s yet?
What a comprehensive video. Loved the presentation and the energy
Thank you Ankit, they both had fun making it and I think you can tell!
Appreciate the video. Ty for sharing your guys’ thoughts
Thank you!
Can’t stop running with Novablast 3, worn the Novablast 2 before for more than 500k and impressed that Asics can make the shoes even better and lighter
They did such a great job with the updates didn’t they? Just made an awesome shoe even more incredible
I'm typically an Asics Kayano fan, but have run in the Brooks Adrenaline this year and found them great for me. But now you have all added about 5 shoes to my wishlist to try for next year haha.
Haha sorry about that! Which shoes have you added to your wish list…?
@@runningchannel The Brooks Glycerin 20 have gone to the top of the list, but also keen on the Saucony Triumph 20 and Hoka Mach 5. Then hopefully treat myself to a carbon shoe for some racing efforts in the Endorphin Pro 3.
Really enjoyed your channel this year. I've been away from running for some years, and have rediscovered my love of it recently. I've gotten plenty of motivation from all of you, so thank you. Keep up the great work!
Love my Brooks.. suprised the Glycerin GTS 20 did not figure in the stability class too. But my shoe of the year is a trail shoe. The Inov8 Parkclaw
I wear Altras because I like the zero drop and space in the toe box. I know that they are not necessarily loved by all. I would be curious for a review on some shoes that have zero drop or minimal drop and whether or not anyone on the team likes those.
It is an idea we are looking to do in the new year so stay tuned in 2023
My all time favourite is the Altra Escalante Racer and I use the Rivera for recovery runs.
@@runningchannel add in a review of proper minimalist shoes too. All of these shoes are so stiff and cushioned !
I can't wear any other shoes after switching to Altras. No comparison.
Puma deviate Nitro 2 is good all rounder shoe of the year and prime x is best max cushion and long run shoe and I am currently using prime x for long road runs Asics gel nimbus 24 a great shoe for dail training or for easy days and deviate Nitro for tempo runs intervals on track
That’s an incredible line up of shoes you’ve got there! What are you training towards in 2023?
Really liked the Reebok Floatride Energy 4 this year. Good value generally and excellent value with a discount code 👌
True. I bought the Energy 2 last year, on sale, and they're some of my favorite shoes.
When they'll be done I'll buy a new pair of a newer version, they're better than my Pegasus 39 or Adidas SL 20.2, for example.
Agree - Glycerin 20!
Thanks for this episode, I quite enjoyed it. However, I run mostly mountain trails so I'm wondering if you have any advice on what the best cushioned trail shoes may be?
Happy New Year and God bless!
Stay tuned as we will be doing a trail shoe run down in early 2023 🙌🏻
My shoes for my 1st marathon were my Brooks Ghost 14’s. I’ve been wearing these since the 11’s and always a go to.
They are a great shoe, a strong reliable shoe like the Glycerin from Brooks too. Have you looked at the 15s yet?
A couple of shoes which could have been considered in my opinion are the Reebok Floatride Energy 4 in the value category (£75 list) & the Reebok Floatride Energy X in the carbon plate category (£140 list). Two great VFM running shoes and always available at some great discounts which make them ridiculously cheap!
Best value do it all on any surface for me is floatride energy adventure 4
Nike Pegasus would have been a great pick for the well rounded category
I'm very new to running and so don't have much experience with the different brands. When I first started I wore ASICS Gel Excite which were really good, until, I tried out the Mizuno Wave Rider 25 (based on Sarah's marathon training) and I haven't looked back, based on this video, I'll be looking to try out the 26 soon as I can 👍
Glad to hear you’re enjoying the wave riders, the 26 is a really great update especially if you’re planning on running long distances in them
I ran Berlin in my Brooks Hyperion Tempo & they were great. I had done about 600 miles as well in training
Wow - not nearly enough saucony on the list - they killed it this year with improvements to speed, pro, ride, guide, triumph not to mention some great trail shoes too
The Saucony Ride 15 is my current favourite shoe by a wide margin, at least for my budget - every time I go for a run in them I’m amazed at how great they feel, light and fast. Still, I keep trying other shoes too - I’m planning on getting a pair of Kiprun KD500 shoes in April, and based on this video I’ll look at the Puma Velocity Nitro 2 shoes.
I would consider my self a quick runner, and I’ve tried about 10 different kinds of super shoes, but nothing compares to the the two Nikes (Alphafly and Vaporfly) for me. They’re simply the fastest shoes for race day and for me that’s by far the most important thing.
Nice try Phil Knight
I switched from Kiprun running shoes to Saucony in 2022, and have really been glad of it, broke at least 3 PB’s in the Saucony and have given my a lot fewer issues with injuries, they’re a dream to run in. I suspect I’ll be a loyal Saucony customer for the foreseeable future.
We’ve heard a lot of people saying the same thing actually. Moving from Kiprun to Saucony. What made you change?
@@runningchannel I started with Kiprun as it was my first running shoe when I was starting out, as it was a good value introductory shoe. I was recommended the Saucony whilst training for a half marathon by a few dozen people, and the first time I went out in them this year it felt I was running on a cloud. Don’t think I could go back given how much better my running has been with them.
Can u tell us which saucony shoe u bring to marathon run?
@@christophermcbride9559 which one did you get
@@shaywelch9097 Saucony Ride 13. They've since been superseded by Ride 15, but they've been great for me.
I‘m glad that hoka mach 5 is included. Still the best shoes I‘ve worn for running. I actually also liked all the shoes from the mach series
They have been an incredible line up from Hoka haven’t they? What is your running looking like for the Mach 5s in 2023?
Had the Glycerin 20 for the last 2 weeks loving them so far.
Ah good to hear! Did you have the previous model of them?
Nice to see the yearly roundup!
Thanks Brent, what would be your favourite shoe of the year!
I'm a new runner and picked up a pair of New Balance Fresh Foam V3 on sale for $110.00. I find it to be a very comfortable shoe to run in, easy on the knees.
Great to hear that you’re enjoying them 🙌🏻
Class shoes mate, I love them
Just started running in the Asics glideride 3 after loving the Asics glideride 1 version.
I just loved the version 1 and so far I love the version 3 as well. I can use them for easy long runs, tempo runs or treashold pace interval sessions. So for me by far my favourite shoe.
Great!! 😁 Glad they work so well for you 👍
Just into mild trail activity, my Brooks Ghost 14 just doing fantastic. while my beauty shoes gonna be Asics Noosa Tri 14.
Both fantastic picks! Have you tried out the Ghost 15s yet? Fantastic reliable update to the 14s
A bit late to the party, but I love the interaction of the presentators and they fun they have. Thank you for the great video!
Really glad you enjoyed it Koen! 😁
Just ordered some Hoka Carbon X 3. Will be my 1st time using carbon running shoes, got any advice about them? Love the content guys. Happy new year 🥳
Take it easy, build up the miles and enjoy the speed!
Can you kindly advise on which category fits the supination/under pronation feet?
Also, which category fits the over-pronation feet ?
Running + walking + office.
Big thanks
Glycerin 20 is my first from Brooks and its excellent, just lets you get on with the run and feel good after, spot on!
That’s a great way to describe it! What’s your running looking like for 2023?
@@runningchannel Lisbon half in March and then London in April, hopefully see some from the channel there!
I was worried that the Glycerin 20 wasn't going to be mentioned but then it appeared in the all around category. It is a brilliant shoe. It could have won best update with the new nitrogen infused foam.
I do agree, I absolutely love those.
What shoes would you recomend for someone who is just running about 5k. About 1-3 times a week Im running usually on a pavemenet but also in te parks sometimes and on the treadmill . Looking for something comfortable, and what is good for dry and wet weather. And not too expensive. It’s so many of them and is difficult to choose.
Best looking shoes:
Agree on the Novablast3 in that black/amber color way
But I'd include the Mizuno Wave Rebellion in the grey/white colorway and the Puma Deviate Nitro in the Fizzy light/slate colorway.
Totally crushing on the looks of those shoes.
James would definitely agree with you on the Wave Rebellion being a great looking shoe!
Ran a PB on the half marathon with the Saucony Endorphin Pro, they are just amazing. So comfortable and fast.
That’s amazing well done! Yeah they are fantastic shoes. Where is you running heading in 2023?
@@runningchannel Trying to get back at my old level after more than 5 years of close to no running.
When I am close to that level again: starting to train for and trying to complete my first marathon and if it is possible within 3 hours.
To run a marathon is the reason I started running again after such a long break.
Can't say I am or were a runner, without doing a marathon.
Interesting.
My shoe of the year has been the Hoka Clifton 8s.
I got a professional gate assessment and measurement around five years ago, after a contacting plantar fasciitis, and ended up with a pair of Clifton 4s. And while I've tried out brands other than Hoka whilst shopping I've stuck with Cliftons as my regular trainers and then adopted Hoka Carbon X2s for 10k and upwards. This year I chanced a pair of Carbon X3s (they were not rapturously recommended by the critics) for a marathon I never got to run (due to the dreaded coronavirus!) and recently scored a pair of Hoka Mach 5s. Both shoes have exceeded expectations.
I do wonder if I should try out other manufacturers than Hoka but I can't afford to experiment.
Thanks for this !!! 🙌 It seems that I am stuck in some different universe where I cant seem to move on from the Nike Vomero series. I have never found anyone talk about the series (pros or cons) as it it was a ghost. However, I have run 100k + ultras , marathons and 10 k and they hold out well. Last time I tried a different shoe , I was out of the game for a few months but that was probably coincidence. However, I think the Mizuno seems promising to me and maybe I will try that. Gosh I feel like a boomer but then its hard to switch shoes. Anyway great work guys , keep it up 👊
Hahah not a boomer at all! Once we find a shoe that we love it’s a bit like “why change?” We’ve never tested them here at the channel but maybe in 2023…?
I think Reebok Floatride Energy 4 is one of the best budget daily trainer because. Looks like thet you don't even mentioned it. What do you think about?
Saucony Tempus for me. An absolute stability/support game changer. 😊
Really a great shoe and a clear winner for our stability shoe category! What’s your running in 2023 looking like?
@@runningchannel my first full marathon! 😬
I was under the impression that getting 500 miles or more out of a shoe was fantastic. The carbon plated Nike race shoe seems amazing!
I’ve seen so many running channels talk about shoes for road, shoes for speed, shoes for Raceday, shoes for trail…as someone who can only afford 1 pair at a time, I’d love to see a review of good quality, affordable shoes that satisfy the “good for everything” marque.
Good point! We’ll bear it in mind. Thanks.
My fav is Brooks Ghost 14 gone thru 5 pairs, can't wait to try the new ghost 15 next month. One day I'll try Hoka but I'm stuck on Brooks...
Love my Asics Noosa Tri 14, they make me feel so excited about running, they feel so light, snug, and running on concrete feels like I'm running in the clouds, but in a good way. They have a really good bounce to them too, which makes me feel like im able to run faster too. This is my first pair of actual running shoes that I have purchased. Just started running this year, did my first Marathon back in September in some really cheap and worn out shoes that weren't really made for running that long😝. Went to a Dick's Sporting Goods store about a week after and tried on a bunch of shoes, landed on these guys and they felt so comfortable and responsive, and having that loop on tongue is really nice. I'm still sort of a newby, but have really enjoyed how these shoes feel.
That’s so exciting and it’s a great feeling when you find a pair of shoes that make you excited to run! Will you be looking to race another marathon now you have these shoes?
@@runningchannel Yes really excited for the spring season to come around. Don't have a specific marathon in mind, but they'll start popping out. This past year I went from being a real couch potato to being pretty active, and have used running to change my life. Also been doing alot strength training at my local gym too. Since winter started and its been real cold outside, I've been focusing more on the weight lifting, since I don't really enjoy running in the cold or on a treadmill. When I do get on the treadmill, I've been doing alot of walking at the highest incline and fast sprinting. I've went from 245lb to about 205lb in the process, but most of that was from changing my diet I think. Hardest part was the beginning, I felt so uncomfortable with moving my body, but now I'm at a place where I really enjoy running and excercising. I really enjoy watching videos like these to learn more about the sport and what kind of shoes I should he looking at. Really appreciate these videos 🤗
Altra Torin for daily trainer and all arounder. There is a zero millimeter drop from heel to toe making them a truly balanced ride. This also means they don't apply additional pressure to your knees like traditional running shoes. A foot-shaped toe box means no more squished toes because the widest part of your foot actually has enough space. They are cushioned enough for at least half marathon training and racing, but I'd use them for full marathon training as well. Hands down my favorite road shoe and the best for feet.
They are a great shoe but take a lot of getting used to which is why they didn’t feature in this run down but we will be talking about them more in 2023
@@runningchannel They still could have been included with that as an aside.
We will see what they produce in 2023 🙌🏻
after 10yrs of running and aprox.30 pair of different shoes my favourite is Brooks Adrenaline 22
Like James I'm a heavier runner than most so the comments about which shoes work better are really helpful.
Glad it has helped! What shoe are you currently running in?
@@runningchannel I've been running in Altra Escalante 2.5 for a while now. The zero drop and wide toe box have been great, I'm thinking of getting the Esclante 3.0 next but am also looking at some shoes with a plate for some faster runs.
Currently Saucony Freedoms are my favorite all-around shoes.
I am currently wearing Brooks ghost 14’s. Unfortunately, the 15’s didn’t feel right so I traded them in for Saucony ride 15’s. They too, didn’t work out. I am going to look into the Brooks glycerin 20’s. I am bummed that once I find a good shoe, they phase it out too fast. 🫰🫰I find the right shoe to replace the 14’s when I need to switch it up. Thank you for the Awesome video.
It's a very interesting list! Almost all agree!
That’s great to hear! What ones don’t you agree with? What should we change to be in sync 😂
Novablast3 shoes of the year for me are insanely good both in comfort n bounce
They are a fantastic shoe aren’t they? What are your plans for 2023??
Love the Mizuno 25 an 26 an also like the inspire because I slightly overpronate use these for longer distance, an use Nike vapour fly for racing
Great combo of shoes! What do you think of the Vapourfly?
@@runningchannel love them too but only wear them for racing an also use Nike tempos for shorter distance an speed work .
I recall going swimming with my school at Crystal Palace and Argent were fully clothed in the pool photographing the album cover of " In Deep"
Awesome video alphafly zoomx is best shoe for me i have seen 20% improvement in my speed. Its a like a magical elixir.
It's got to be the Saucony Speed 3, that shoe can do everything exceptionally well.
My favorite shoe this year was my Brooks Ghost 15!
A fantastic shoe! We did a quick review of them on a UA-cam Short earlier this month. The best selling shoe for Brooks for a reason!
Novablast 3 do it great last year. Send you hello from Colombia!
My fav is the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22
The whole video until toward the end I was thinking "Why does Brooks never get any love"?. And then you go and give them Best All rounder and Shoe of the Year lol. I'm on my second pair of Glycerin 20 GTS and I really think they're keeping me injury free. I'm still learning a lot and I thought I'd need to buy racing shoes for a marathon (and that might be optimal) but I think I'll be happy to run my first ever organized marathon in these shoes next month. I've run the marathon distance 4 times and once in these shoes and they felt great.
Saucony Endorphin Speed 3 could have won every category (except carbon plate, Although it does have a nylon plate).
It is a fantastic shoe that was a very very close second for shoe of the year for sure!
I rotate asics glideride 3, novablast 3 and noosa tri 14. I really like them all.
Great rotation! Which is your favourite?
@@runningchannel probably the novablast 3s. The gliderides are sweet, though. I usually use the noosas for speedier days
Strung, sprung, potayto potahto 😅
Amazed that you had the streakfly over the takumi sen 8 in the speed category. Every running channel I sub to hated the Nike and adored the Adidas.
We were surprised how much we liked them and judging by some of the comments when we asked the public to vote for their favourite we definitely weren’t the only ones!
I would love to see a bigger feature on stability shoes and reviews by runners who run in stability shoes.
We will make sure to do more in 2023’s run down 🙌🏻
I love my New Balance Evare . Ran my both half marathons in them. I am not sure whether they would survive full one, most probably will try. :-) A bit older model, but got already 2nd pair.
The Evare is a great shoe! If you were planning to move up to a full marathon what shoe would you pick for that if you think the Evare might struggle?
@@runningchannel I am curious to check Mizuno Waverider 26 or Brooks Glycerin 20. Not yet sure, have got them both in my shopping cart though 😀Maybe both of them? 🤣
Saucony released the Ride 15 so I went to my local outlet and bought three pairs of the Ride 14 on clearance because I do not deal with change well
That’s a smart move Angela, well done!
Favorite shoes is Novablast 3
Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22-10k and Half Marathon PBS!
That’s amazing congratulations 🎉 what have you got planned for 2023?
@@runningchannel thank you so much!! Kaiser Half Marathon in San Francisco in February!
The Endorphin Pro 3 has been brilliant - there are a lot of other colours available, I went for white (I'm not even sure that the pink is still available).
The white colourway is stunning isn’t it?! What are your running plans for next year?
@@runningchannel I’ve got Paris, London (3 weeks after…I didn’t actually think I’d get in, doh!) and Berlin Marathon. Within all that 10ks and Half’s in the training blocks.
My most favorite for daily practice is ASICS GT-2000 version 11
A great shoe!
@@runningchannel my most frequent while running is my heart beat always goes to zone 5 I mean 180BPM+ I dont know how to manage it for 21km please help
Now I know how to pronounce saucony 😂 great video!
Haha glad to have helped!
7:10 New balance 1080 v12 was my favorite shoe
Interesting, I would put the Mach 5 as the best all rounder or shoe of the year instead of in the speed category, the endorphin speed is definitely a faster shoe, but its just an opinion.
Can't shake the thought : why Brook's Hyperion isn't everyone fav. shoes ? Everything is subjective eh ?
Love those review. Reminds me I don't try enough shoes when buying new gear (not often as you guys)...
Could add some Trail shoes in the mix next year ? Maybe a separate video on them. Just an idea. Thanks again
Trail shoes will be another video so stay tuned! The Hyperion tempo is a truly fantastic shoe isn’t it?
I can't ever justify paying £100+ for a pair and has various mostly new balance and asics in the £50 range and they seem fine. After listening to your Saturday presentation at the running show and will do more research but I do firmly think even at my level running 75 to 100 miles a month you can get value at sub £100
I have just upgraded from a pair of asics that were around 100euro to a pair of 160euro (without discount).
There is a huge difference in favour of the higher priced ones. BUT it is definitely worth buying something from last years collection. So much less pricey than the new ones.
Totally agree with the all round winner
Glad you agree! Have you run in them?
@@runningchannel yes I alternate between them and the Ghost 14. Can’t stop buying Brooks!
Not a minute in and the best sentence: running away from your feelings 😭 so true
Puma deviate nitro 2 is my fave
They are fantastic shoes aren’t they? What miles you got planned for 2023 in them?
No Under Armour. I'm fairly new to the whole running thing and they might not be taken as seriously as the featured brands in this video. However, I do around 80k a week and find their Charged Pursuit 3 model really comfortable.
We will have to check the Pursuit 3 out Trent, thanks for the tip!
How were the takumi sen 8 not mentioned in the speed category
Great run through as ever. Fancy doing the same with trail shoes?
Stay tuned! Hopefully early 2023
@The Running Channel 🤞🤞 I have an ultra to train for, and this is what I need to see 👍
Any reviews of trail running shoes coming up? 😊
Stay tuned!
Endorphin Speed for me, all day. Fantastic all round trainer
Saucony endorphin speed 3 got my vote too. I use puma velocity 2 for easy run (and soft trail) and endorphin speed for everything else (daily, speed session, race day) and it really feels amazing !
agreed
Charly Road Shoe here in Mexico = $40 and does everything the Asic Novablast 3 , you DONT need to spend silly money to get great running shoes.
We will have to see if we can get it here in the UK!
@@runningchannel Charly shoes are fantastic. Just about to launch big time in USA and I am sure they will come to UK. Value for money cant best them. Not everyone can afford a wardrobe full of runners.
1:30 solid catch of the Hoka!
Interesting pick for shoe of the year. I thought they felt much too firm in the running store and went with the Saucony Triumph 20.
They are definitely firmer than previous models of the Glycerin but still a fantastic shoe. The Triumph 20 is also a brilliant shoe so you’ve picked well!
That's why good reviews by knowledgeable people are so valuable. You don't rack up very many kilometers running inside the shoe store.
Have to disagree on your choice of the Brooks Glycerin because I’ve run over 700kms in my Glycerin 20’s and have found them to be heavy, clunky, not very comfortable and annoyingly, not very robust. After years of running in ASICS, my local running shoe store advised me to try Brooks to help cure my ongoing injuries. Well my Brooks Ghost shoes soon started showing wear around the inner heel with the lining splitting and falling apart. So I tried the Glycerin 20 and found them to feel heavy and also not very robust with my big toe poking through the shoe’s upper after just 300kms. I’ll have to replace them now as they’re more like open toed sandals now. They’re not well made, are heavy and you’ll feel them on your feet unlike other shoes that are lighter and don’t feel so heavy. Finding a replacement is difficult though due to the choices available. Might try the Puma Velocity nitro
Allrounder should be the Pegasus 39 too 😱
Need help getting the right shoe for me I’m 6ft tall and 244 Lbs trying to get into running again haven’t ran in 7 months. Currently in Korea they don’t have any running stores here .
If you head over to the brand of shoes you currently like their websites usually have helpful ways to workout the right shoe for you. For example ASICS have their ShoeFinder site
How have you missed the reebok floatride energy 4 best value running shoes by a country mile !
I can see some of the shoes on the list is a matter of preference but can't imagine not having Takumi Sen 8 on speed catagory which is the best 5-10K shoe on the market. Also not having Reebok floatride on best value shoe as other people on the comments has been saying is also beyond insane.
I feel you missed out by not having the Adidas Takumi Sen 8 in the speed shoes category, such a quick shoe!
It was on the long list but just didn’t quite make the cut
Still an incredible shoe though!
How did the streak fly get into speed but not the saucony speed endorphin 😮
Asics Nimbus 24 👍👍👍👍
mine is the takumi sen by adidas
Brooks glycerin gts
Still have a bruise from slamming my hand on that desk 😂
