Hi Everyone! Welcome to my vlog - DANGMENGSOY
It's June month already, and also my birth month. For this month my first vlog entry is "How to cook " edition.
We will be cooking "SUTUKIL" - a Visayan three-way style of cooking and a Visayan term which combines the words:
SU - sugba or grill
TU - tuwa or stew)
KIL - kilaw or to bathe raw seafood in vinegar).
We get to choose which seafood we will be using, but for us it will be YELLOW FIN TUNA.
Well when it's about visayan cooking, my hubby is an expert. 👍♥️
