Here's a healing session for balancing Self Awareness with Self Improvement. We spoke about this subject in our New Moon Livestream a few days ago. I work two jobs I work security guard work and i'am a male dancer a stirpper at this night club I work at. I need to listen to ASMR videos . Listening to to your ASMR voice . Well Anna, I'm stressed to the max, overwhelmed, scared, physically in pain, mentally an emotional wreck, and financially in ruin. All due to a car accident where my husband had a seizure driving us to the store. The wreck broke my husband's back and left foot, caused me to have more minor, but still significant medical issues and ptsd.
But hey, I'm hanging on ... by a frayed thin thread, but hanging on. I think

Since you asked -- I've been a bit down over the past couple of weeks. This time of year is always hard for me, for a variety of reasons. Lovely, helpful video--much appreciated.

Don’t know how anyone can dislike your videos, you always put so much into them . Almost an hour, I love the longer vids as they help me sleep when I’m struggling with sleep during the day on my night shifts . You and Lune have such calm relaxing voices ☺️

Anna, I so needed this video tonight. I was having a lot of Interstitial Cystitis pain in my bladder and I was feeling awful physically and emotionally, but although I had to pause this video many times to use the bathroom, I really better after this Session😀😀💖💖!!!. I kept thinking about how someone was a bit judgmental of me and the worry about being able to continue to stay in my apartment, I just saw how sweet and kind you are to others😃😃💖💖!!! I wish that everyone had the love you have Anna because if they did, our world would be a much better place😃😃💖💖 Your Reiki ASMR Sessions have helped me A LOT, never doubt that!! Your Sessions bring me happiness and peace and even some relief😃😃💖💖 !! So, your videos are HIGHLY EMPOWERING to me😃😃💖💖 !!! However, we all have something different to contribute with ideas and experiences. As for the competition video, my experiences were different than yours, it is just I wanted to point out the negative side of competition for people like myself who were mistreated as Children in School for having learning disabilities, for those who were victims of bullying due to competition to get the best grades as well as to be the best athletically, and for parents who have children with learning disabilities. However, there is nothing wrong with being athletic, no one should be ashamed for being athletic, and no one should feel ashamed for having a high I.Q. either !!!! Anna, I SO LOVE YOUR VIDEOS AND THEY BRING ME HAPPINESS AS MUCH AS PEACE😃😃💖💖!! Anna, I so love who you are and I am sending you Sisterly love💖💖😃😃!!!

Thank you so much Anna! I love the warmth of your eyes, your smile, your voice. You are so beautiful, amazing and mesmerizing! I have been on my own self love journey. The first video I watched was your self confidence reiki session and I loved it so much! I gave up social media in July of this year and it was the best decision for me. I know we can get caught up in comparison. I have been struggling with feeling like a failure or not being adequate enough. I think it has mostly come from my cohort members that I go to school with. Long story short I was suppose to be graduating in December but I will be graduating in May of 2022. I know we are so much more than our career or how many degrees we have and we get to define our own definition of success in our lives. We live in a culture like you said where its always go, go go. I think living slowly and balancing work and other important parts of our lives means success to me. I feel like embracing a self love journey and taking the time for yourself means I am successful. I love loving myself and living slow. I really am starting to embrace that everyone is on their own journey in life and figuring out what works for them and what doesn't. Thank you again Anna for your love and comfort and words of encouragement and acceptance.
