Unfortunately, I don't know of any pathway you can take. Usually, your qualification determines which pathway you can take.

I haven't gone through this pathway, but yes here everything in communicated whether bad or good news. And usually, when you take long to hear back, it's usually good news cooking, most cases but not all cases.

For a trained therapist, your route is the easiest. You just submit your papers for panel assessment, and you'll be registered with the GDC amd with that, you can get a visa sponsored job.

I didn’t really get the credentials they would have me submit and how to go about the submission(the whole process is not clear to me). This is my reason for ruling out GDC in the first place. No it won't. It's acceptable. It's attending two universities that can't be possible. Being a trainee dental nurse is like getting a student job. Go for it!

I watched whole video multiple times I don't understand if they'll send visa or we have to purchase skill worker visa??
Oh my friend, Skilled worker visa cannot be "sent" or "purchased" as you have put it. What happens is helps that, it's sponsored. That means, the hiring company sends you a sponsorship licence number which you enter into your visa application. When you have that, it means, UKVI now doesn't require you to prove any financial requirements because the burden of financial proof falls on the employer. In summary, it's a simple number that UKVI crosschecks to prove that you indeed have secured employment and are not entering the country illegally.

If you are settled, then this opportunity doesn't apply to you. You can apply for the same role under a different category. Go to their main careers page and apply.

For this role, yes. Through this pathway, No. You can proceed to their careers page and apply for the same role under different terms.
That means will they (the website which you have shown) pay me for the job and take me into the diploma training course,if so will the course be still funded by them?

For this pathway, she needs to have applied and be accepted by the GDC with a candidate number ready to sit exams. Otherwise, she won't be accepted.

No , actually after the training we will be the dental nurse rightt? And i asked in case i didnt get ORE in first attempt will there only be 11 pound as in the starting satge. Or will it increase .

Since I don't work with them, I can't know for sure, but my assumption is that when you qualify, you can't be paid the same. However, you can have this conversation with them. I'm sure they'll have the right answers. I hope that helps.

@@DrEmmanuelAmukun need a genuine sponsor for this one , my friend who works for the same company (in which i am working now) referred me this route and in my company giving the application for ore before cmng isnt the compulsion(cz by documents and experience till visa success they are sure you are a dentist which will eventually get the gdc number with succesful application in future)...however you have to pay your own fees for the dental nursing one year diploma this is max 2300 pounds but in installments i am paying 118 pounds / month for 18 mnths package .
