  • Ingredients:
    cabbage 1
    carrot 4
    capcicum 2
    onion 2
    garlic cloves 10
    chilli 2
    ginger 2 inch
    flour /maida 1.5 cup
    mustard oil 4 tbsp
    salt 2 tsp
    chilli flakes 1 tsp
    tomato 4
    Preparation method:
    First chopp all the veggies, take a pan and mustard oil and cut tomatoes and garlic cloves Ginger salt mustard oil then cook it 5 minutes . keep it side for cooling down.
    now take the pan again and add mustard oil and chopped onion, chilli ,garlic ,ginger, add carrot chop chopped and chopped capsicum chopped cabbage mixed well add salt chilli chilli flakes oregano makes hub soya sauce mix well and let it cool and transfer it another bowl.
    then take another pot and add maida , salt and oil then makes water and make semi tight dough.
    make a small balls of dough and small Puri shape then fill half tablespoon filling and all make all the momos and then make a steamer take a tope add two glass water let it boil then add a steamer grease with oil add popcorn momos and cover it with another plate latku kit for 10 minutes on high flame .
