Yes! They always use the not so common instruments in their games and in a fantastic way no less! I never expected a didgeridoo to sound so good! And they are very diverse with their instruments, steel pan, arabic instruments, didgeridoo, marimba, etc.

@@IronTitantrons You have to admit. This formula has the potential to be better then mariokart IF done right. The whole concept of it fits sonic's vibe and its a cool idea overall....to bad it got pushed into the ground thanks to free riders

Video game music honestly is a breeding ground for some awesome music. Octopath Traveler’s Daughter of the Dark God is one of my favorite music pieces, video game or otherwise
I always use Sonic on the day/night stage because he would say, "Alright Bring it On!" In perfect sync with the music in the beginning. Also the gravity dive sections are evil. Day has random pillars blowing up early so you can't boost off of them. Night time pillars sometimes doesn't bounce you to the left for a faster option then using gravity control at the turn just before the finish line.
This was my friend's favourite track, both gameplay-wise and music-wise. Also, like someone in the comments said, this does sound like someone at Sega took every music track from Daxter (another one of my favourite spin-off games) and turned it into one track.
Had a dream I was in this map and those dead hands from hell in the digital verse from the first game was snatching the racers from underneath...it was so cool
This is hands down the best level theme in the game. It almost feels like it was made for an entirely different type of Sonic game. Heck, it might even be a better fit for Chu nan's Dragon Road then for this game. No hate, I still love that level theme too, but Dang if I don't wish I could find a remix of this song!
