No dip is required, but I can't help thinking it might be nice with a little parsley and basil on top to brighten it up. Like you say, these croquettes are comfort food at its best, but throw in the peppers and an herb garnish and it adds variety. It's a great lunch, as you enjoyed it, but it would also work for an afternoon wine and snacks party. I bet they hold well in a warm oven.

Unsure if you will see this, but was intrested to know if this could be done in a airfryer or even in the oven? For people who might not wanna use a lot of oil. Mostly wanna know if you have tested thease methods and if you found any issues/diffrences to them! Love from Sweden!
Either: do all but the frying ahead of time, you can freeze them or keep them in the fridge for 4 days to a week. Or double fry them, where the first time you fry them at a lower temperature. Double fry gets more crispyness too!
Love your videos, but I can give you one advice as I’m polish and we eat potatoes every day lol you never put potatoes in hot or boiling water as they won’t cook evenly. Always start in cold water. It’s not a pasta.
