Love me some open palm, elbows and hammer fist shots.
As a less trained thirty something martial artist, I find them easier when flowing through multiple strikes without giving up my balance or posture.
Fun stuff.
This is pure Wing Chun.
Love the content.
Broken down to be easily digested and then adapted into your own defensive arsenal.
Use soft against hard and hard against soft. 🙏
I didn't know Coach Greg Poppovich of the San Antonio Spurs was a martial artist. 😂
I was thinking the same thing!! 😂
This is why i subscribe to watch this.
No guard after the moment of surprise has vanished. Just wondering how many punches Kelly would take from a non-cooperative aggressor? 😵💫🥊
Did you miss where he directly said he was demonstrating how to strike from a neutral posture instead of from a guard? Are you going to waste your time putting your guard up when you're already actively being attacked? It's demonstrating how to skip a step and throw when your arms were naturally down, because you aren't going to be walking around with your guard up all day long in preparation for an assault, are you?
Is ur fighting style is krav maga
@@Shacksies Initial posture is not the point. A skilled aggressor will not hold still, while you do a combination of movements.
@@avigatorno shit. It's a slowed demonstration of a technique. You must be one of those people who think drilling techniques is always "unrealistic" and all training needs to be a 100% full contact fight at all times.
@@Shacksies Not at all. But after your first move, you should always be prepared for a counter attack.
Call an ambulance, but not for me! 🚑
The infamous, humiliating, devastating “Stockton bitch slap”, used by the one and only Nate Diaz!
洪佛 FUT JEONG: A legendary shaolin palm strike invented by the monk Wun Lei and perfected by Kwai Chang Caine . I don't think Master Caine would use the term "bitchslaps" though.
