- It’s the hobs turn today , shallow burrows with lots of digging, it’s our last day and we’re revisiting a hedge we did 8 years ago which produced our best ever day of 64 , we knew the burrows are shallow so it’s the hobs turn to hunt

Amazing I have 2 female ferrets, I honestly thought they weren’t capable of hunting anything because they are so domesticated and well fed. No need to hunt really. But a mouse made the mistake in getting into our house and the next thing we knew the girls where hunting it down and fighting over it. Beautiful creatures honestly, great video mates!

Gee mate U guys dig a lot. Can't say I dig. Well can't remember the last time anyway. I wouldn't keep a ferret I had to dig for cause 9 times out of ten the ground is bloody too hard kill and move on is the only ferrets I work

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but is there a reason you need to dig more with the hobs? I'm guessing they're more likely to trap the rabbit down there?
Basically yes , they tend to kill more rabbits as they are bigger and stronger
Thank you for asking, as I had the same question. Also, how do you tell your ferrets apart, as I see these ones are albinos. I find it difficult🙈
