The question is: why is Missio so underrated?
Probably one of my favorite bands but honestly, there’s probably thousands of other people asking the same question about some dude/chick/band I’ve never heard of.
Because many were not fully ready for the absolute teaching!
I know your comment is old but I don't believe he is underrated, certainly not by his fans or anyone whose heard some of his songs.
I would rather say Missio is somewhat widely Unknown! Their music is so far and away from the sound of commercialized mainstream music that they "fliy under the radar" of people who only listen to "popular music.
Their unique sound could be considered a new genre or at the least a new sub-genre.
If they ever get a super big hit on satellite radio, itunes, and/or spotify they will become a worldwide phenomenon.
But something tells me they enjoy the level of notoriety and success they have attained. Along with having a dedicated loyal fan base of its size makes their live shows feel more personal and like its a "once in a lifetime event

I saw y'all open for Yungblud which was my 3rd time seeing Missio- I was afraid the music industry doods were making changes & you wouldn't be the Missio I've followed in stalker fan fashion from jump anymore... I'm officially nominating myself as The Benedict Arse-hole fan of 2020 for even thinking that. Missio & Yungblud were awesome Don't get me wrong... And I can't explain it without sounding really bonkers but it was like a premonition slash dark cloud kind of something in the air that till the last few weeks I had wrote y'all off as still being my #1 fav eternal band for life .
