This suit is an absolute monster at 400. I had a space 400 match in this and we wiped easily due to how reliably this thing can stun and effectively pin down priority targets (supports and raids).
I know the other is 350, but if you ever want to see what power creep truly is, remember that the Gouf custom is only one cost under this. Poor Gouf Custom :(
I just got this suit recently, and it’s somehow even better than I thought it would be! The wire-to-melee weapons combo is deadly, and its ranged weapons are no slouch, either! It’s become my favorite raid at 400, and just one id my favorite suits, period!
Unfortunately the Metal Spider does not have any sort of stealth, not even a dispenser. It has to rely on its team to really keep a team mostly distracted/stalled to do its job against Supports. It also has one of the lowest health pools of any 400+ Cost suit. The only suit it outperforms in health is the Delta Gundam, a 600 Cost Support.
in fairness it has 2 instant ranged stuns, 2 regular melee weapons and a heat rod so low health is just about the only thing keeping it relatively balanced
Oh I never said it as a full complaint. Just kinda annoying. That said Stealth suits at 400 can get nulled by an Eye-Zack’s mere existent and constant ping spam. Lvl 1 Stealth can get nulled by an Act Zaku which was, imo, the bane of the Pixy Gundam prestealth buff. Nothing like getting outranged by the Zaku’s MG AND being spotted cuz of its Anti-Stealth to ruin your day.
@@LordAnubisGaming didn't mean to suggest you're complaining, sorry. But stealth is still a pretty big threat at 400 since hardly anybody uses suits with anti-stealth and eye-zack in particular is liable to make people throw a tantrum over your suit choice
Lol it’s all good. That was my assumption and I’ll take that L. Yea Eye-Zack mains piss people off cuz they can make or break a match depending upon their playstyle. If they’re not constantly pinging and running with a Gen/Raid it’ll ruin a match.
Has the number of GBO2 players been dropping? I don’t see many YT’ers doing videos for the Steam version of the game these days so I wouldn’t be surprised if they pull that version to focus on, say, the next “Gundam Breaker” game.
@ETamJP Bamco outright refused to fix a lot of issues with the game. Between matchmaking not working 70% of the time, random crashes, cheaters, the game is just a mess. Everyone I know who has hundreds of hours in the game has completely stopped playing due to just not wanting to have to wait 20 minutes for 1 game that isn't going to play well in the first place

Gundam Evo is the one that shut down last November, Battle Operation 2 is still going- _strong-ish_ on both console and PC
