- Started tearing into our Fast and Furious tribute Eclipse, the car from the first Fast And Furious that Brian O'Connor (played by Paul Walker) drove. Of course like everything, nothing can go as planned. As part of the Fast And Furious Eclipse build, we get the car prepped for paint and re painted. Nothing fancy just a quick budget job, matches the car haha

with those fiberglass parts it takes a bit more effort to fix those cracks than just using primer over them.

That hole on the right side of the talon deck lid is where the wiring for the 3rd brake light went thru via grommet. It’s the same size as the wiper hole on left. 95-96 toenail spoiler only. Discovered this fun surprise back in 99 when I put a high rise gSX spoiler on my 95 talon.
My thinking is that your green Eclipse might be a Japanese import, hence why the rear wiper has been moved. But then it would have also been a right hand drive too

I am a mechanic and that is fake that car has been sitting for so long if I was working on it you should check the oil and check the filters and everything
I finished my read seal in 2012 LOL I've been a mechanic for a very, very long time! And if you check the videos we checked the timing belt and fluids before we started it. I even posted a Civic video after where I talk about this stuff

I think it adds to the story. If you google Jorge Acasta name it’s not a secret. There’s speculation both ways of what happened, even accusations of his boss killing him. Personally I find it strange there’s no mention of a funeral or obituary anywhere. I also find it strange his Facebook friend Curtis was the first to post about his death. Definitely seems odd regardless of how you look at it. Steve talking about it like this is no different then how the other thousands of people have. Based on how you commented I’m going to assume you have a beef with Steven and just pick apart every thing he does. Yes and no. The main car was an Eclipse, but if you watch the Making Of Fast And Furious, the cut away car and the car the blow up are both Talons. So you’re both right.
I actually just saw an Instagram clip the other day where it was behind the scenes. They talk about the “Talons” they’re using. Being an American movie I’m not sure why they use the Talon but I’m sure they had a reason for it

@@tunertorquetv this looks a lot like my eagle talon I built back in 02 as a fast n furious car sold it a guy in Orlando Florida back in 02 . Never seen it again. Looks very similar. It was an original black car from factory

I will said that the hole tha was weld and fix, was because that car is a eagle talon, not an eclipse and the eagle talon (most of it) has a rear wing in the hole area. Maybe has some rust in there and the deside to make a patch on it.

I wouldn’t flip these in the states. These are hard to find especially the turbo and all-wheel-drive models most people who know what they are who lived through the 90s they were awesome cars. If I found one, I would never sell it Awesome find though.

This has probably been answered before but I just ran into this video. The reason behind the closed hole in rear hatch is that this rear hatch was changed with a JDM part where the wiper is located behind the drivers side of the car (car was most probably rear ended damaging the whole part). As JDM cars have the driver sitting on the right then the wiper would be located behind him. Ive seen this with a lot of 5th Gen Celicas where they have been rear ended and JDM hatch was readily available and cheaper.
