Black Bolt seemingly become underrated to play in this season and the previous one. This deck combine the mill Zemo with discard Black Bolt and Silver Samurai to distrupt your opponent movement so they cannot play their key cards along the game. Playing Doc oc in this deck is kinda awkward for how the meta has a lot off tall units like Mockingbird, Sentry and Annihilus or even discard Hela. Try to play cautiously with every card to win the game.
