- Welcome to the DIY sewing tutorial of the Evie Blouse. Every wardrobe needs a basic linen blouse and this time we are bringing exactly that to you. Our newest pattern addition is our Evie blouse, a very simple, summer top with a unique cuff detail at the sleeves.
This is a beginners level sewing project which doesn't require any complicated stitching techniques. Create this easy, relaxed look with just basic stitches.
This blouse is made out of light/medium weight linen. You can also make this blouse in light/medium weight woven cotton as well.
The sewing pattern for this dress is available in sizes US 0-26 / EU 32-58 / UK & AU 4-30. You can buy it from our website (link attached below)

can i use this pattern also for men?
No, I wouldnt recommend it. The pattern should be cut a bit differently for men.

What do u mean? The photo and the video is of the same blouse.
when you pin the cuffs on, the shirt is right side out, but when you start sewing them, the shirt magicly turns the wrong side out.
Hi, so I am using a french seam to attach the cuffs. You will see that at 7:41 I am stitching the cuff on the right side as shown. At 7:56 you can see that the fabric is turned over to finish the french seam. The same is illustrated for the other cuff as well. Hope this helps!
do you really think you need to tell us that we need material and supplies than clearly you don't think we can make this blouse.
For me as a service provider I think it is important to be as clear and detailed as possible. You might probably know the supplies you need or how to make the blouse but it wont be right to assume that everyone does.
