As I said under your pinned comment, Jorum Studio Trimerous is a wonderful buttery Iris fragrance to try. Another Iris fragrance I love is Alexandre J's Iris Violet, a fruity twist to Iris. I absolutely adore your description for Narciso Rouge😁😆 I love those moments when you are enraptured by a person's subtle yet noticeable fragrance. TM Angel did this to me back when I had a coworker who wore it in the early 2000s. You would think Angel would be obnoxious to the senses, right? But her skin pulled Angel so beautifully that it completely changed by mind about the whole Mugler range of fragrances 😂😂😂 I thought, "Man I better get me some Angel!"
I love Iris. One of my favourite fragrances and a unicorn fragrance was Iris Gris. I was overjoyed when Fath released “Iris de Fath. I bought the perfume and now that the EDP is available I am contemplating purchasing it. It is indescribably beautiful. I love “Lipstick Rose” by Malle, “Hiris” by Hermes, “Iris Dragee”, “Iris Shot”, and “Narciso Rouge”. I don’t understand why I can’t embrace “Iris Malikhan”. I think I have to get my nose on “Iris Empire”. CH has a way with note centred fragrances.

I love iris, and have a lot of favourites, I adore the way Chanel do iris, also Iris Prima from Penhaligons is fabolous, why did they discontinue it?? Le Galion Iris is also very good, and my favourite has to be Feu Secret from Fzotic, former Bruno Fazzolari. Feu Secret is such a magical perfume, maybe I have raved about here before, but I can not help myself😂A cold iris,with just a hint of sweetness, it reminds me of one of those early spring nights when you start to hear the birds sing and the night no longer is as long and dark as in winter. A bit unusual, but not too far out there.

I agree... Why would they discontinue the Narciso cubes??? I have all of the EDP's (except the newest pink one). I love those things. They all smell great. I can even wear rouge in the heat... I just have to go in light and keep it feeling airy. 😊
I completely agree about Iris Shot: the cereal or wheat aspect you mention! For me, it's very similar to the sesame note in Eau Papier. The scent is very comforting and unique. The most unique iris frag in my collection.
If y’all haven’t tried, I recommend Iris Nazarena by , by Ralf schweiger. Sophisticated iris. Pricey but got a travel set with two other Aedes beauties.
I love iris. 💟 I wore iris on my wedding day: Eternal Magic by Avon. My favorites are Le Labo Iris 39, Armani My Way Parfum, and Lancome La Vie Est Belle Iris Absolu.

Iris always gets my attention, I want to smell it all, but I don't always want to wear it lol... the one that has my heart is Iris Malikhan. It's when you have the orris butter note called out that I get my hopes up for a more creamy buttery experience as opposed to the light powdery almost astringent iris note that I find wears "flat" on my skin.
Hi Veronica! I absolutely love Iris. I tried LVEB Iris Absolu - not for me. I used to really enjoy Narciso Rouge. I think I even finished a small bottle a few years ago. It’s such a shame it’s been discontinued. I’d love to repurchase it. I like No. 19 but Insolence isn’t my cup of tea at all. My Way Parfum is also really nice, but slightly too bubblegummy for my taste. Anyway, my absolutely favourite iris fragrance is Dior Homme Intense. It’s your powdery lipsticky iris but make it classy and somewhat masculine. Great video!😊❤

Iris is one of my favourite notes ❤️ Iris Celadon is magnificent. As you said appears light but has incredible sillage. I’ve worn to work as a moderate sprayer and had several appreciative comments :) plus walked into my own sillage ❤️. Others I love include YSL Trench, Iris Malikhan, Iris Empire, Tender Light, Iris Poudre❤️, Dior Homme Parfum, Dioramour, Sonic Flower…. So many. Really want to get my nose on Jimmy Choo Iris Crush, Iris Dragees as well.

I'm here for iris! ❤ I've been having a musky, powdery and purple phase since March. I really enjoy the red cube, Eternity Intense, Insolence, Dama Bianca. (I've been enjoying violet a lot too.) 🥰
I love iris! My favs in no particular order: Infusion d'iris, Iris so intense Montale, Molecule 05+iris, Van Cleef & Arpel Bois d'iris. I really could not like Narciso rouge cube- I smelled no iris in that. You look great in that soft pinkish lavender color with the soft makeup pallette.
I still hurt because of Iris Dagees...I had so many opportunities to buy it and chose others thinking they would chop them first. Sigh Maybe one day I'll find one I'm adding Xerjoff's Irisss & Iris Malikan from Maison Crivelli.

I’m so frugal (picky too) that I predominantly purchase only samples. My Way Parfum was one that I fell immediately in love with and as soon as my sample was gone - I ordered a full bottle. I seem to read the fragrance very differently from you though. I smell sweet and warm. Mmmm! But maybe you could help me with something: I’m still on the lookout for a warm, sweet, pine/pine resin scent.

I wasn't even sure how many fragrances I have that contain the note of Iris. So I did a Fragrantica search. Of the fragrances I have: Father Figure by Phlur, Florence by Tocca, Sex and the Sea by Francesca Bianchi. and my beloved Le Pointe G.
You know I can't think of many fragrances that I own that are iris dominant. The only one that is coming to mind that has a good amount is Nobile 1942 Pontevecchio W. It's very pretty, cold, powdery. I like it a lot.

I love Iris! I’m a fan, some of my favorite fragrances have this note. I don’t really care for the original LVEB, but I LOVE the Iris Absolu flanker. I’ve gotten compliments on that one too.
Hi Veronica, things I would like to share. Months ago, my girlfriend introduce me her friends, and we talk about narciso scents really enjoy from the past. They were impressed my knowledge how I know some things. Time goes by a bit when her friends tell my girlfriend ask permission use their perfume to apply my neck. She said yes, so I kind of let them to do it. It's a good feeling memory experience how they spray me for welcoming. That's the only thing I share with you. Great video!
Iris is one of my all time favorite notes and I have more iris perfumes than a girl needs. It's nice to see a list that mentions some not so typical choices. I just got a decant of Nobile 1942 Pontevecchio W and now I am wondering if I need that one too. Recently I blind bought ZARA Romance D'Iris and Massimo Dutti's Souffle Marais, both very nice, easy to wear iris perfumes.
@@onlyjesussaves840 It's a nice one, wears lighter as many iris forward fragrances do, but it's actually not a cold iris like many and has a woody aspect with a bit of sandalwood in the base. Hope you get to try it! Just to clarify, I sampled Pontivecchio W as there are a few versions.
I love Iris! My favourite is Iris Malikhan by Maison Crivelli. It took me down the rabbit hole of Iris, and totally agree with you about Iris Empire, great job with the description. Oh, and that one is my favourite out of your line up.
Can't wait to try some of these. I've been looking for a soft, powdery iris scent. I have Healing Berry from Jorum Studio and it has a very creamy orris note (it's so good). Tart berries, creamy orris, and cereal.
I love iris but iris done right in a fragrance would make me buy the fragrance. I have Insolence edp from Guerlain which I think is too sweet, it may be the violet that does that. I had Bvlgari Splendida iris d'or, which I loved but can't find it anywhere.
Iris Gurl for Life V to me she is one of the most sensuous and feminine scent notes of them all to me love love purple flowers blues pinks yellows and creamy whites love orris butter and that sweet carrot nuance as well I even love lilacs loved lilacs scents from a lil mama in fact it reminds me of my child hood really magical fairy Baby who grew into A Magical fairy Babe 💫🌟💕 L💖VE You VEE 😘

I love Iris! Thanks for the terrific list! A few I’ve had my eye on, a few I’ve never heard of. My favorite Iris perfumes in no particular order are Infusion d’Iris by Prada, Rolling in Love by Kilian, Iris de Syracuse by Boucheron, CHANEL No 19 Poudre, and Oh la la by Teo Cabonel.
I love iris and have several iris perfumes. My faves are Iris Malikhan by Maison Crivelli and Iris Poudre but Frederic Malle. I experience the iris in Iris Poudre as warm, and I think the perfumer intended that.
I adore Serge Lutens Iris Silver Mist but fully acknowledge it's an odd one, it smells like cold damp stone and yet it's soooo beautiful. I think it's because it reminds me of studying abroad in Italy and spending a lot of time in ancient stone basilicas
I love what Dior did with Iris in Dior Homme, perfume especially. It shifted our perception of masculine fragrances. I have the same tolerance for masculine fragrances you do, apparently. It is a gorgeous scent and one of the best Iris scents around.
I sometimes struggle with iris, but so many of my favorites have an iris or orris root note. It’s all in the blend! I’m obsessed lately with Houbigant Quelques Fleurs L’Original, which has iris but so much more. I think iris is also a player in my fave Roja fragrances, and of course, in Le Point G. ❤ Great video, as always!
I love iris. Nothing will ever beat Iris malikhan by maison crivelli. Dama bianca, vanille leather and My way le parfum are also favorites. They are not necessarily iris perfumes but the iris in it are the reason i love it so much

@@onlyjesussaves840 I started with the deodorant before I tried the fragrance. I think it has a stronger smell and adjusted my nose to the scent profile. Have you tried Sonic Flower? I find them similar, but Sonic Flower is brighter. Wonder if you can smell that one?

I’ve tried a bunch that I don’t like that I think other people DO like some by goutal: Toile d’une nuit Tenure de soirée They were very powdery and feminine which is not my vibe. And the ones I love have a little something extra but no one has ever talked about them online: Atelier materi iris ebene - iris and leather and a bit green. 🥰 Montale so iris intense - feels lemony to me. It it’s iris musk and sandalwood. light and perfect for summer. Xerjoff apollonia - easy wear ELDO une amourette - woody ❤
Lately my favorite iris is Iris Doux by House of Puente, but I have a lot of fragrances that are iris forward so I don't like to play favorites too much. Le Point G seems to be appreciated by others when I wear it, as well as Masque Milano's L'Attesa.

I loooove My Way Parfum. I do smell the earthiness and the tuberose in it smells kind of fruity to me - sort of like overly ripe grapes ( but in a good way 😅) -in the OG My Way the tuberose comes out a bit fresher and greener
@@VeronicaSays highly recommend! It’s long lasting and so grounding yet sophisticated enough to wear out to dinner etc. It’s by Parle moi de parfums. I’ve heard about their milky musk quite a bit but haven’t tried it.
@@VeronicaSays I love the most of his perfumes, but not the ones were the bottle is shaped as s round bottle writh big lips, they are kinda vintage and grandmaish and not a favorite. There are other perfumes writh lips on and they are amazing, they are tal looking. Forgot too say the purple light perfume is the purple bottle I like , there are a red bottle as well but it's not the same perfume.
Did you try the EDT or EDP with the red top? I know the EDP is very difficult to find. I'm not sure it's officially discontinued but it appears to be the case. Poudree is a lovely powdery one! 🥰💖
@@VeronicaSays unfortunately I don’t remember! The associate sprayed a lot of different ones for me to try. I know it was red but I don’t remember what the cap looked like. If the EDP is discontinued, I’d assume it was the EDT.
There is a toss up between Ledda’s Orris 22 and Boucheron’s Iris de Syracuse. I love Narciso Rouge but I did not purchase it with my fondness for Iris in mind. I will be honest; you inspired 2 out of 3 of those purchases. Thank you. ❤
I love Iris AND I am here to hang out with you! It is one of my top two real flowers to bury my nose in. The other is gardenia, which I love the real flower, but not as fond of it in perfumes. If they could manage to clone the identical scents of Iris and gardenia, I would wear them full strength, and happily choke people out😄 The only one of these I have is the Narciso Rouge. Is it really discontinued??? Ohhh no!!! I have all of the cubes and a backup of the white cube. It is my fav.❤I do want to get my nose on La Vie Est Belle Iris Absolu. @@VeronicaSays it's a little bit on the soapy side which normally I wouldn't jive with but it works here. I've been getting 10 ml decants from Scents Angel and they are so reasonably priced and free shipping!! The decant bottles/caps they use are 👎 though, be warned. Apparently though, they're aware of that situation and are working on using different ones in the near future. 😁
I have my way parfum and la vie est belle iris absolue, love them both. To me. The iris leveled the fragrances up for me. Lol when you mentioned the cracklin’ oat bran crereal, you reminded me that another UA-camr mentioned that cereal pertaining to another fragrance , so I went out and got the cereal …. It smells great ….but it does not taste good 😂
There are few things I look forward to more in Spring than shoving my face into an iris and inhaling deeply. I'm not sure if the note in fragrances is the same. I'm just not a powder girl.

I love Iris. One of my favourite fragrances and a unicorn fragrance was Iris Gris. I was overjoyed when Fath released “Iris de Fath. I bought the perfume and now that the EDP is available I am contemplating purchasing it. It is indescribably beautiful. I love “Lipstick Rose” by Malle, “Hiris” by Hermes, “Iris Dragee”, “Iris Shot”, and “Narciso Rouge”. I don’t understand why I can’t embrace “Iris Malikhan”. I think I have to get my nose on “Iris Empire”. CH has a way with note centred fragrances.

I love iris, and have a lot of favourites, I adore the way Chanel do iris, also Iris Prima from Penhaligons is fabolous, why did they discontinue it?? Le Galion Iris is also very good, and my favourite has to be Feu Secret from Fzotic, former Bruno Fazzolari. Feu Secret is such a magical perfume, maybe I have raved about here before, but I can not help myself😂A cold iris,with just a hint of sweetness, it reminds me of one of those early spring nights when you start to hear the birds sing and the night no longer is as long and dark as in winter. A bit unusual, but not too far out there.

I agree... Why would they discontinue the Narciso cubes??? I have all of the EDP's (except the newest pink one). I love those things. They all smell great. I can even wear rouge in the heat... I just have to go in light and keep it feeling airy. 😊

I completely agree about Iris Shot: the cereal or wheat aspect you mention! For me, it's very similar to the sesame note in Eau Papier. The scent is very comforting and unique. The most unique iris frag in my collection.

Iris always gets my attention, I want to smell it all, but I don't always want to wear it lol... the one that has my heart is Iris Malikhan. It's when you have the orris butter note called out that I get my hopes up for a more creamy buttery experience as opposed to the light powdery almost astringent iris note that I find wears "flat" on my skin.

Hi Veronica! I absolutely love Iris. I tried LVEB Iris Absolu - not for me. I used to really enjoy Narciso Rouge. I think I even finished a small bottle a few years ago. It’s such a shame it’s been discontinued. I’d love to repurchase it.
I like No. 19 but Insolence isn’t my cup of tea at all. My Way Parfum is also really nice, but slightly too bubblegummy for my taste. Anyway, my absolutely favourite iris fragrance is Dior Homme Intense. It’s your powdery lipsticky iris but make it classy and somewhat masculine. Great video!😊❤

Iris is one of my favourite notes ❤️ Iris Celadon is magnificent. As you said appears light but has incredible sillage. I’ve worn to work as a moderate sprayer and had several appreciative comments :) plus walked into my own sillage ❤️. Others I love include YSL Trench, Iris Malikhan, Iris Empire, Tender Light, Iris Poudre❤️, Dior Homme Parfum, Dioramour, Sonic Flower…. So many. Really want to get my nose on Jimmy Choo Iris Crush, Iris Dragees as well.

I love iris! My favs in no particular order: Infusion d'iris, Iris so intense Montale, Molecule 05+iris, Van Cleef & Arpel Bois d'iris. I really could not like Narciso rouge cube- I smelled no iris in that. You look great in that soft pinkish lavender color with the soft makeup pallette.

I’m so frugal (picky too) that I predominantly purchase only samples. My Way Parfum was one that I fell immediately in love with and as soon as my sample was gone - I ordered a full bottle. I seem to read the fragrance very differently from you though. I smell sweet and warm. Mmmm! But maybe you could help me with something: I’m still on the lookout for a warm, sweet, pine/pine resin scent.

I wasn't even sure how many fragrances I have that contain the note of Iris. So I did a Fragrantica search. Of the fragrances I have: Father Figure by Phlur, Florence by Tocca, Sex and the Sea by Francesca Bianchi. and my beloved Le Pointe G.
Le Point G is a pleasant surprise. I'm glad I finally picked it up!! Sex and the Sea is a great fragrance. Very strong! 💯
You know I can't think of many fragrances that I own that are iris dominant. The only one that is coming to mind that has a good amount is Nobile 1942 Pontevecchio W. It's very pretty, cold, powdery. I like it a lot.

Hi Veronica, things I would like to share. Months ago, my girlfriend introduce me her friends, and we talk about narciso scents really enjoy from the past. They were impressed my knowledge how I know some things. Time goes by a bit when her friends tell my girlfriend ask permission use their perfume to apply my neck. She said yes, so I kind of let them to do it. It's a good feeling memory experience how they spray me for welcoming. That's the only thing I share with you. Great video!

Iris is one of my all time favorite notes and I have more iris perfumes than a girl needs. It's nice to see a list that mentions some not so typical choices. I just got a decant of Nobile 1942 Pontevecchio W and now I am wondering if I need that one too. Recently I blind bought ZARA Romance D'Iris and Massimo Dutti's Souffle Marais, both very nice, easy to wear iris perfumes.

@@onlyjesussaves840 It's a nice one, wears lighter as many iris forward fragrances do, but it's actually not a cold iris like many and has a woody aspect with a bit of sandalwood in the base. Hope you get to try it! Just to clarify, I sampled Pontivecchio W as there are a few versions.

I love iris but iris done right in a fragrance would make me buy the fragrance. I have Insolence edp from Guerlain which I think is too sweet, it may be the violet that does that. I had Bvlgari Splendida iris d'or, which I loved but can't find it anywhere.
Insolence is lovely but I couldn't wear it anymore. I do recommend it though for people who want a sweet powdery iris. 👍

I love iris and have several iris perfumes. My faves are Iris Malikhan by Maison Crivelli and Iris Poudre but Frederic Malle. I experience the iris in Iris Poudre as warm, and I think the perfumer intended that.

I adore Serge Lutens Iris Silver Mist but fully acknowledge it's an odd one, it smells like cold damp stone and yet it's soooo beautiful. I think it's because it reminds me of studying abroad in Italy and spending a lot of time in ancient stone basilicas

I love what Dior did with Iris in Dior Homme, perfume especially. It shifted our perception of masculine fragrances. I have the same tolerance for masculine fragrances you do, apparently. It is a gorgeous scent and one of the best Iris scents around.

I sometimes struggle with iris, but so many of my favorites have an iris or orris root note. It’s all in the blend! I’m obsessed lately with Houbigant Quelques Fleurs L’Original, which has iris but so much more. I think iris is also a player in my fave Roja fragrances, and of course, in Le Point G. ❤ Great video, as always!

@@VeronicaSays highly recommend! It’s long lasting and so grounding yet sophisticated enough to wear out to dinner etc. It’s by Parle moi de parfums. I’ve heard about their milky musk quite a bit but haven’t tried it.
Some times I love iris but only writh the right notes.
Salvador Dali parfume, purple light, it is a beautiful perfume.

I love the most of his perfumes, but not the ones were the bottle is shaped as s round bottle writh big lips, they are kinda vintage and grandmaish and not a favorite.
There are other perfumes writh lips on and they are amazing, they are tal looking.
Forgot too say the purple light perfume is the purple bottle I like , there are a red bottle as well but it's not the same perfume.
I don't like the weird lip bottles either 😬

Did you try the EDT or EDP with the red top? I know the EDP is very difficult to find. I'm not sure it's officially discontinued but it appears to be the case. Poudree is a lovely powdery one! 🥰💖
@@VeronicaSays unfortunately I don’t remember! The associate sprayed a lot of different ones for me to try. I know it was red but I don’t remember what the cap looked like. If the EDP is discontinued, I’d assume it was the EDT.

There is a toss up between Ledda’s Orris 22 and Boucheron’s Iris de Syracuse. I love Narciso Rouge but I did not purchase it with my fondness for Iris in mind. I will be honest; you inspired 2 out of 3 of those purchases. Thank you. ❤

I love Iris AND I am here to hang out with you! It is one of my top two real flowers to bury my nose in. The other is gardenia, which I love the real flower, but not as fond of it in perfumes. If they could manage to clone the identical scents of Iris and gardenia, I would wear them full strength, and happily choke people out😄 The only one of these I have is the Narciso Rouge. Is it really discontinued??? Ohhh no!!! I have all of the cubes and a backup of the white cube. It is my fav.❤I do want to get my nose on La Vie Est Belle Iris Absolu. I am pretty sure I would love it. Yours was the first video to greet me this morning and my favorite of the day! Coffee with Veronica, the best part of waking up!

@@VeronicaSays it's a little bit on the soapy side which normally I wouldn't jive with but it works here. I've been getting 10 ml decants from Scents Angel and they are so reasonably priced and free shipping!! The decant bottles/caps they use are 👎 though, be warned. Apparently though, they're aware of that situation and are working on using different ones in the near future. 😁

I have my way parfum and la vie est belle iris absolue, love them both. To me. The iris leveled the fragrances up for me. Lol when you mentioned the cracklin’ oat bran crereal, you reminded me that another UA-camr mentioned that cereal pertaining to another fragrance , so I went out and got the cereal …. It smells great ….but it does not taste good 😂

There are few things I look forward to more in Spring than shoving my face into an iris and inhaling deeply. I'm not sure if the note in fragrances is the same. I'm just not a powder girl.
