if you use ableton: take a saw wave, lowpass it at 300 hz-ish, add erosion at ~6k hz, saturate it or put an amp on it, alter parameters until you get it perfect Savant uses FL though. Probably used a similar method
im not an expert (barely started a week ago) i think you need to use a digital frequency modulater and u can use 2 different types of waves in 2 different oscillators. then u modulate the sound to where its all buzzy and then u can adjust the pitch to a very bassy state. Finnaly you can use the EQ to to make any touch ups to get that spicy sound.
