Vernon black eye is not a mini album it's a mixtape and also it's not his first solo project,
So seventeen has this project called The Thirteen Tapes (TTT) where the members release their solo mixtapes and hoshi's spider and Woozi's Ruby were also the part of TTT
Actually Vernon is a big fan of Avril Lavigne and pop punk is his fav genre so you are right that black eye screams vernon

I'd like to slander nctzens here a bit- YALL WHAT'S LACKING IN WAYV? WHY DON'T YALL JUST SUPPORT THEM LIKE OTHER UNITS what's the deal with them making music in 'chinese' and not having any korean member? Why is it always Lucas and Ten? Like musically wayv are the most superior, their rapline, their visuals, their vocals, everything is just perfect and still ppl disregard them- like im sure if they were a regular kpop group they'd be more popular but it hurts to see them so underrated 🥺i just wish lucas comes back soon and WayV get the recognition they deserve coz im done atp. Sm and czennies themselves don't give a f about wayv and it shows(for example even the countdown live set of WayV was so simple whereas dream and 127 always get decorated sets, ik its a small thing here but yes). They don't lack anything, they're the best unit of nct imo and THEY DESERVE MORE. Stop judging them over their race and actually focus on their music as you do to any other group.

I don't know you though Xiaojun was Kun or not? The main vocalist who hit the most difficult high note is Xiaojun following by our boy Ten and Kun. Of course all three made the songs even more phenomenal perfect, love vocal lines.
Hope you will react to Diamonds Only and the whole album too. This cb is a masterpiece, the best so far imo.
