Finally, a guide that doesn't just tell you what the abilities do and that's it, this one actually tells you how you should play black Panther with good tips, well done, good guide. Now i myself already knew all of this. I know how to play Panther i main him, but for someone that just started playing him, this would be the best guide for them.
a lot of players would improve sooo much faster on flankers if they adopted the mindset of hunting prey unseen. its panther's gameplay to a T. glad im not the only one who thought this way.
@@PastorJummp essentially yes, the only time you ever want to break the core gameplay loop of; flank > choose target > engage unseen > disengage safely on BP would be if your team is already hard winning a fight, then you can just approach from main and it won't make a difference since the fight was already won. but general moment to moment gameplay should be as if you were roleplaying a vampire and the enemies vision was sunlight. avoid it at all costs.
Personally, I would love to watch more "hunting spots" or "prey" locations like you showcased in 1:56. Spots and locations like these, where you can stand unnoticed before the fight and have an advantage. Is especially important in higher ranks to get a more favourable position and good escape route to secure the kill. It doesn't need to be hidden spots like in 1:56, but locations where you want to initiate attacks.
its definetly hard to get the grasp on, since its easy to just walk forward and use ur abilitys. But just keep playing and ull get the hang of it in now time!
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS! I got shit on by a lord BP in ranked and it inspires me to main him and this guide literally made me go on a 20 win streak I love you so much like I would kiss you rn thanks man
@@makeitrainredx3825 ive seen a couple panther players on console and they are pretty good but any advice a pc player gives you automaticly applys to controller, no diffrence
@ good point. I guess more looking for good controller binds, sens settings, and such. Having tried both it’s easier to 180 dash on mouse and yet I think you can do that on controller haha.
u can turn your mouse 360° while dashing, its realy easy to 180 with black panther. mby uppen ur sens a tiny bit and practice it in training range on bots before jumping into ranked
learn the timing more of ur dashes. there is a rythm u can hear when u just turn on infinite abilitys in practice range. but there is also a weird bug rn, where if u dash the ground, u can dash faster. it also sometimes fucks me over. but in general, keep practicing the normal rythm
@ Ty one more question, what should I do when after doing an entire combo successfully the healer heals themselves or the others heal her and she remains full hp? Should I just run away cause this happens everytime there are two healers in my game right next to each other, I attack one and the other heals so much so that I can’t kill so I attack the other and the same thing? I tried attacking both at the same time but it doesn’t work either cause they just spam heals. Also what about when the tanks and dps’s are always protecting the healers cause some games that’s what happened and I couldn’t get kills, anytime I attacked someone the others come to rescue. (Or am I just dumb to try to attack these guys alone without my team) (woah that’s a lot sorry making it this long)
@@elementalninja8244 thats good. doesnt matter if u kill them or not. u bait out cooldowns, make space and force them to fight you. if u successfully get out. u can just get in back after 8 seconds and their cooldowns wont be back yet
btw i hit eternity with these steps
The basic combo dont kill a punisher, insane champion
Really good guide. I randomly lost my skill as tickle monster today and this guide helped me get back into rhythm
im glad it did!

So panther is like a melee version of Psylocke? Well play panther like psy, like an assassin?

Was watching at 0.25x to understand some of the combos. Bro legit sounds like he's on the best trip know to man. 4:36
Also, quick feedback, disabling cooldowns once you're starting the combo will help understand it better :D
He explained it and showed a live example lol. The move is risky as you will not get a Reset
@@Fightheavens kind of what I'm getting at, it'll be helpful to visualise your cooldowns at the end of a combo
recorded that part later on cuz i legit forgot about the combo xd
The one thing they never share… is how they’re dashing so fast lol

What is your sense brother? I come from cs, so I play with low 800dpi and 1.6 in game. Not sure if its too low for a char that has to 180 alot.

do you have a tip for the dashes, sometimes when i do the combo (on computer) i keep dashing twice instead accidentally of once and it ruins my combo.

Should I fight tanks as panther? Or is it better to just avoid them entirely?
Only if they are low health, otherwise stay away!!
Is bro german?
This applies to any flanker so no this isnt good
