- Here is my first tutorial ever, I tried to insert all what I know. Of course I took some inspiration from others headspin tutorials, in the way to not miss anything. Feel free to explain your feelings about it in comments. I put all the links of the products that I spoke about below.

Voici mon premier tutoriel, j'ai tenté d'y agrémenter tout ce que je sais sur le sujet. J'ai bien-sûr pris également un peu d'inspiration des autres tutos de headspin, afin de ne rien oublier. Hi guys ! I wanted to let you know that I took the decision to stop powermoving : this decision is final as I am not enjoying it as I used to do.
I will manage my energy, my focus and my time for my business from now. After airflare, my main objective is t be free financially, geographically and by time. Breakdance gave me a lot about discipline and dedication, so I will use my skills to change my life, my family/friends life and to impact positively a maximum of people by my past/present/futur results.

nice brother.. explanations is quite clear on the poo break part!
i have a problem, after tapping, i can spin maybe 3-4 rounds and my legs want to go from parallel Poo Bend legs to the S shape automatically, but i cannot balance in the S shape. what do i need to practice more?
Actually you should master your poo break by being able to spin in this position with 10 rounds everytime : before even thinking about the S position. As it is really harder to understand...
Are you guys able to do a better poo break than me ?

Par contre , avoue que niveau accent , tu peux faire beaucoup mieux , ca se voit que tu forces pas haha . Juste dis moi , perso quand j'essaye de tourner , j'ai souvent mal au cuir chevelu , genre c'est comme si la tete tourné mais les cheveux resté dans la meme position , ce qui fait que ca tire . Es ce que ca te faisait ca au départ ou c'es que ma position n'est pas bonne ?

Tu utilise quoi pour te protéger le crâne ?
@@jacky84310 j'y vais a meme le crane . A chaque fois que je prend un bonnet lambda ou une casquette , cc est comme si la ccasquette ou le bonnet restaient sur place tandis que la tete bouge . Je sais pas si tu vois ce que je veux dire ?

Bah déjà à même le crâne je te déconseille fortement, c'est normal d'avoir ce ressentie sans protection.
Tu dois utiliser un élastique pour maintenir ton bonnet en place
