George strait does a fabulous job on this Loretta Lynn song. George can sing any song and do it justice. You don’t find true country singers like George Strait anymore! He’s amazing!

George Strait did not just a fabulous he did a great job and tribute to Loretta Lynn. George Strait did this song justice and he is not just true country. He is Pure Country and kept to his roots and he is true country singer. He is always going to be the King of Country Music
My dad had stopped at a truckstop outside of Saskatoon Saskatchewan for a bite to eat. Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynns bus stopped there as well. They stopped and talked to him for a few minutes. Dad said they were both the most down to earth people in the world. RIP Dad, Loretta and Conway.

You know George damn well means it when he strums his guitar the whole song.
It just means it’s one he’s played before or is simple enough to learn. He’s just not much of a guitarist. Even in his live shows, notice which ones he strums on - his old songs, rarely anything new. I saw a video of him doing a tribute to Merle at one of his Las Vegas shows and I forget the exact verbiage but he let us knew he was gonna be struggling lol

Is it just me or did parts of the song sound vocally shaky at times?
He sounds good but you can definitely tell he struggling with either allergies or a head cold
