Hey ABS-CBN Sports, when Coach Norman mentioned Carlos Briggs, why did you show Rob Williams of Tanduay instead? I'm sure there are photos of Briggs somewhere.
Norman Black one of the best, simple, quiet, pba import had.
This guy has made hismark in this country, one of the most recognizable faces here.
his matchups with David Thirdkill (San Miguel vs Purefoods) were a joy to watch. both great offensive and defensive players.
Jamie waller
Agree.
Briggs
Bates
Tony Harris
The most successful though after being a PBA import was Chip Engleland. NBA's shooting guru, asst coach of the Spurs.
during the Pesta Sukan time, its Dave Regullano a guy wearing black low cut shoes guarded Sir Shing Dong pa of Korea and Masatomo Taniguchi of Japan to me its the best guard ... plus Ed Ocampo my apology if i misspelled your name Sir ... Sir Norman Black is always remember for his smiles thanks a lot
Carl Bird of the Royal Tru Orange in the 70's, Billy Ray Bates and Tony Harris were probably the best imports ever to play in the PBA.

John best
Lamont Strothers
Strothers and I graduated from the same university and I watched his college career. Even though he attended a very small school he was drafted into the NBA. In college he played every game of his career, over 120 games in a row, without ever scoring less than 10 points in a game. That's a record that will probably never be broken. Basically, at that level he was unstoppable. I live in the Philippines now with my wife and our Fil-Am sons so Lamont was always interesting to me. I also recall reading somewhere that he really embraced his life in the Philippines and the Filipino people. If you remember more about him I'd love it if you wanted to share.
You forgot Joe Ward
Tefilin Fibermakers siya unang naging import kung hindi ako nagkakamali

LoL who cares about the legends of PBA if PBA itself never had improvement for the past few decades. PBA needs to discuss how to improve Filipino Basketball hardwork and dedication.
