Most users are on the ebay app and was asked numerous times on how to block an ebay user on the Ebay app, so here it is. Not long and very easy to do. ALTHOUGH there are occassions where the action CAN ONLY BE DONE ON the desktop version of Ebay, in this video I'll show you when that is!
