The verses aren't just straight A power chord chug. There is a very specific pattern he's playing there that involves taking your first finger off the D string.
I know guitar chords but am rusty from back in the day. I use videos like yours to get back what I had at one time and to learn new songs. Awesome job of showing me how. Its been too long for real!
It is not a Gibson nor an Epiphone, it is what is called a "Chibson" It is a Chinese fake copy of a Gibson les Paul custom It has metric slotted bridge posts which Gibson does not use and a single rear screw truss rod cover which an epiphone would not have
@@matttyreeoutdoors BTW your an idiot. I buy and sell thse guitars and own them. For one no angle from this camera shows in any way that this has a "metric" bridge. 2 single screws it does show on the truss rod cover are authentic on Les Paul Customs. He does have a couple of mods on this guitar past traditional ones, but lots of "true players" dont think of thier instruments as collectables, they are thier tools of the trade and heavily modify them to their liking. This one shows an ebony nut (possibly bone) and EMG active pick ups. Other than that it looks like any other Les Paul Custom as there is no way to tell if its a fake. Its not an Epi. Epiphones have 3 screws in the truss rod cover. Gibsons have 2 like his.
