    INGREDIENTS:
    For dal -
    Toor dal - 1 cup
    Water - 2 cups
    Coconut oil - 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder - 1/4th tsp
    Hing - 1/4th tsp
    Salt as needed
    For Thove -
    Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
    Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
    Dry red chilli - 1
    Curry leaves - 1 - 2 string
    Hing - 1/4th tsp
    Ginger - 1 tbsp
    Green chilli - 1 tbsp
    Tomato - 2 (small)
    Water - 1/4th cup
    Salt as needed
    Turmeric powder - 1/4th tsp
    Handful of coriander leaves
